Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podest ruchomy do pokonywania przeszkód, na przy- klad w postaci progów lub schodków w budynkach, stosowany zwlaszcza przez osoby siedzace na wózkach inwalidzkich. Znane sa powszechnie podesty wykorzystywane zwlaszcza przez osoby siedzace na wózkach inwalidzkich, wykonane z betonu, tworzyw sztucznych, metalu, drewna, oraz ich kombinacje. W przy- padku konstrukcji stalych istotnym problemem staje sie znaczne utrudnienie w ruchu dla osób siedza- cych na wózkach. Dla osób poruszajacych sie na wózkach inwalidzkich nawet kilkucentymetrowe przeszkody sa bardzo trudne do pokonania bez pomocy osób trzecich. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac pode- stu ruchomego nadana mu przez jego charakterystyczny ksztalt, linie, material i wlasciwosci po- wierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru jest pokazany na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia podest ruchomy w wi- doku z góry w pozycji roboczej z wysunieta plyta glówna, fig. 2 ten sam podest ruchomy w pozycji spoczynkowej, fig. 3 przedstawia podest ruchomy w widoku z boku w pozycji posredniej z czesciowo wysunieta plyta glówna, fig. 4 przedstawia ten sam podest ruchomy w widoku z boku w pozycji robo- czej z plyta glówna wysunieta i wsparta na przeszkodzie. Podest ruchomy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest usytuowany na podlozu w prostokatnej ramce i posiada plyte glówna skladajaca sie z trzech segmentów zblizonych ksztaltem do prostokatów, przy czym trzeci segment ma dlugosc wieksza od sumy dlugosci dwóch pozostalych segmentów. Trzeci segment plyty glównej jednym koncem jest polaczony zawiasowo z drugim segmentem. Pierwszy segment jest nieruchomy i polaczony z ramka. Drugi segment jest przesuwny wzdluz ramki po pierw- szym segmencie, a równoczesnie trzeci segment jest odchylony do góry za pomoca mechanizmów przegubowych na wysokosc wystarczajaca do wsparcia drugiego konca na przeszkodzie. Trzeci seg- ment ma boki zabezpieczone dwoma plytkami z materialu identycznego jak plyta glówna. Kazdy z segmentów wykonany jest z blachy aluminiowej. Górna powierzchnia segmentu plyty glównej posia- da naniesione wzory w postaci kwadratów utworzonych z równoleglych wglebien, przy czym wglebie- nia te maja ksztalt lezki i sa ulozone równolegle wzgledem siebie i prostopadle wzgledem wglebien kazdego z sasiednich kwadratów. Celem wzoru jest podniesienie wartosci estetycznych podestu ruchomego. Celem wzoru przemyslowego jest tez latwe i szybkie ustawienie podestu ruchomego w celu przejazdu osoby niepelnosprawnej, a po przejezdzic powrotne jego zlozenie. W tym przypadku bardzo istotna jest latwosc jego rozkladania i skladania, jak pokazano na fig. 1 - 4. Odmiany wzoru przemyslowego Wzór przemyslowy jest wykonany w jednej odmianie. Platforms used especially by wheelchair users are commonly made of concrete, plastic, metal, wood, and combinations thereof. In the case of permanent structures, significant movement difficulties for wheelchair users become a significant problem. For wheelchair users, obstacles even a few centimeters high are very difficult to overcome without assistance. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the movable platform, given to it by its characteristic shape, lines, material, and surface properties. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the movable platform in a top view in the working position with the main plate extended, Fig. 2 shows the same movable platform in the rest position, Fig. 3 shows the movable platform in a side view in an intermediate position with the main plate partially extended, Fig. 4 shows the same movable platform in a side view in the working position with the main plate extended and supported on an obstacle. The movable platform is characterized in that it is situated on the ground in a rectangular frame and has a main plate consisting of three segments roughly rectangular in shape, with the third segment having a length greater than the sum of the lengths of the other two segments. The third segment of the main plate is hinged at one end to the second segment. The first segment is stationary and connected to the frame. The second segment slides along the frame behind the first segment, while the third segment is tilted upward using articulated mechanisms to a height sufficient to support the other end over an obstacle. The third segment has sides protected by two plates made of the same material as the main plate. Each segment is made of aluminum sheet. The upper surface of the main plate segment features patterns in the form of squares formed by parallel recesses, with these recesses being teardrop-shaped and arranged parallel to each other and perpendicular to the recesses of each adjacent square. The purpose of the pattern is to enhance the aesthetic value of the mobile platform. The industrial design also aims to enable easy and quick setup of the mobile platform for the disabled person, and to fold it back down after the ride. In this case, the ease of its assembly and disassembly is very important, as shown in Fig. 1 - 4. Variations of the industrial design The industrial design is made in one variant. Essential features of the industrial design The mobile platform is characterized by the following essential features: - it has a rectangular frame and a main plate composed of three segments similar in shape to rectangles, wherein the main plate segments are of equal width and the third segment has a length greater than the sum of the lengths of the first and second segments, - the third segment of the main plate is hinged at one end to the second segment by means of hinges in the shape of rectangles formed on the common side of the second and third segments, - the first segment is immobile in relation to the frame, - the second segment is slidable along the frame along the first segment, and at the same time the third segment in the working position is tilted upwards to a height sufficient to support its free end on an obstacle, - each segment is made of aluminum sheet, - the upper surface of the main plate segments has patterns in the form of squares made of parallel recesses, each of which is teardrop-shaped, arranged perpendicularly to the recesses of each of the adjacent squares, - the third segment of the main board has sides covered with two plates made of aluminum sheet with a pattern identical to the one on the upper surface of the main board.PL 19895 3 Illustration of the patternPL 19895 4 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
