Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bloczek palisadowy trapezowy przeznaczony do sto- sowania jako obrzeze chodników, sciezek ogrodowych oraz alejek, w parkach, osiedlach i na pose- sjach prywatnych. Znane sa obrzeza palisadowe ogrodowe zlozone z pojedynczych podluznych elementów o przekroju prostokatnym, trapezowym lub okraglym, które sa ukladane w gruncie pionowo obok sie- bie. Elementy trapezowe moga byc ukladane obok elementów prostokatnych w celu wyprofilowania obrzeza na zakretach i lukach. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu posiadajaca indywidualny charakter nadany przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia bloczek w widoku z góry, fig. 2 przedstawia bloczek w widoku z boku, a fig. 3 przedstawia bloczek w perspektywie. Jak przedstawiono na fig. 1, bloczek palisadowy trapezowy w widoku z góry ma ksztalt trape- zowy z nierównym konturem szerszych boków imitujacym naturalny kamien lupany, przy czym na kazdej powierzchni szerszych boków i na powierzchni górnej sa uformowane rowki imitujace wzór zlozony z trzech polaczonych ze soba szeregowo elementów trapezowych o róznej wielkosci. Ponadto rowki uformowane na powierzchni górnej i krawedzie pomiedzy wezszymi bokami bloczka a po- wierzchnia górna maja nierówne kontury imitujace naturalny kamien lupany, jak przedstawiono na fig. 1 i fig. 2. Jak przedstawiono na fig. 2, bloczek ma profilowane powierzchnie szerszych boków na calej dlugosci od powierzchni górnej do podstawy, tworzace kontur widoczny z góry. Jak przedstawiono na fig. 3, kontur przy wezszych bokach jest utworzony przez plytkie wciecie przechodzace w plaska powierzchnie wezszych boków. Garden palisade edging is known as composed of individual elongated elements with a rectangular, trapezoidal, or circular cross-section, which are laid vertically next to each other in the ground. Trapezoidal elements can be laid next to rectangular elements to shape the edging around curves and arcs. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of product with an individual character given by the characteristics of lines, contours, and shapes. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the block from above, Fig. 2 shows the block from a side view, and Fig. 3 shows the block from a perspective. As shown in Figure 1, the trapezoidal palisade block, when viewed from above, has a trapezoidal shape with an uneven contour on the wider sides imitating natural split stone, with grooves formed on each surface of the wider sides and on the top surface imitating a pattern composed of three differently sized trapezoidal elements joined in series. Furthermore, the grooves formed on the top surface and the edges between the narrower sides of the block and the top surface have uneven contours imitating natural split stone, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. As shown in Figure 2, the block has profiled surfaces on the wider sides along their entire length from the top surface to the base, forming a contour seen from above. As shown in Figure 3, the contour at the narrower sides is formed by a shallow indentation transitioning into the flat surface of the narrower sides. The blocks are laid tangentially with their narrower sides together, so that the shallow indentations at the narrower sides resemble the grooves on the upper surface.
