Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest plyta palisadowa przeznaczona do stosowania jako obrzeze chodników, sciezek ogrodowych oraz alejek, w parkach, osiedlach i na posesjach prywatnych. Znane sa obrzeza palisadowe ogrodowe zlozone ukladane z pojedynczych podluznych elemen- tów o przekroju prostokatnym, trapezowym lub okraglym, które sa ukladane w gruncie pionowo obok siebie. Stosowane sa takze plyty kraweznikowe w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu lub plyty formowane w ksztalcie fragmentu palisady zlozonej z wielu elementów. Tego typu plyty maja najczesciej wezsze boki zakonczone plasko lub profilem z wpustem i wypustem ulatwiajacym czolowe laczenie plyt. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu posiadajaca indywidualny charakter nadany przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia plyte w widoku z boku, fig. 2 przedstawia plyte w widoku z góry. Jak przedstawiono na fig. 1 i fig. 2, plyta palisadowa ma na szerszych sciankach bocznych po piec równo rozmieszczonych pionowych rowków, polaczonych poziomymi rowkami na sciance górnej, które to rowki dziela plyte na szesc segmentów imitujacych ulozone obok siebie szeregowo podluzne elementy palisadowe o przekroju kwadratowym w widoku z góry. Wezsze scianki boczne maja schod- kowe wciecia odpowiadajace polowie rowka miedzy segmentami. Wszystkie wciecia i wszystkie kra- wedzie rowków na styku z powierzchniami bocznymi i powierzchnia górna sa ukosowane. Plyta jest wykonana jako monolit z kamienia sztucznego, zwlaszcza z betonu. Ilustracja wzoru Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a palisade plate intended for use as an edge of pavements, garden paths and alleys, in parks, housing estates and on private properties. Garden palisade edges are known, composed of single elongated elements with a rectangular, trapezoidal or circular cross-section, which are laid vertically next to each other in the ground. Also used are curb slabs in the shape of a cuboid or slabs formed in the shape of a fragment of a palisade composed of many elements. Such slabs most often have narrower sides finished flat or with a profile with a groove and a tongue facilitating the frontal connection of slabs. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product with an individual character given by the features of lines, contours and shapes. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the plate in a side view, Fig. 2 shows the plate in a top view. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the palisade plate has five equally spaced vertical grooves on the wider side walls, connected by horizontal grooves on the upper wall, which grooves divide the plate into six segments imitating longitudinal palisade elements with a square cross-section arranged side by side in a top view. The narrower side walls have stepped indentations corresponding to half the groove between the segments. All indentations and all edges of the grooves at the contact with the side surfaces and the upper surface are beveled. The plate is made as a monolith of artificial stone, especially concrete. The palisade plate according to the industrial pattern can be used to arrange a decorative edge of the surface in undulating terrain, creating an aesthetic pattern based on the imitation of elongated palisade elements with a square cross-section. In the case of elevations or slopes, the plate can be arranged gradually at different levels, which will make visible the narrower side walls with stepped cut-outs, protruding above the upper surface of the adjacent plate or above the ground level. Essential features of the industrial design: A palisade plate in the shape of a cuboid, made as a monolith of artificial stone, with longitudinal grooves on the side walls and on the top wall, characterized in that on the wider side walls it has five equally spaced vertical grooves, connected by horizontal grooves on the top wall, which grooves divide the plate into six segments imitating longitudinal palisade elements with a square cross-section arranged in a row next to each other in a top view, wherein the narrower side walls have stepped indentations corresponding to half the groove between the segments, while the indentations and all edges of the grooves at the contact with the side surfaces and the top surface are bevelled, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2.
