POJEMNIK Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia : 20 grudnia 2000 roku Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik, stano- wiacy opakowanie eksploatacyjnych plynów samochodowych, zwlaszcza plynów chlodniczych oraz plynów do spryskiwaczy samochodowych.Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz wlasci- wosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniono na zalaczo- nych fotografiach, fot. 1 do 4, na której fot. 1 i 2 przedstawia widok pojemnika z lejkiem we wnece sciany bocznej korpusu pojemnika, a fig. 3 i 4 widok pojemnika z lejkiem umieszczonym na otworze wlewowym pojemnika. The subject of the ornamental design is a container constituting the packaging of automotive consumable fluids, particularly coolants and windshield washer fluids. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and surface properties. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, photos 1 to 4, in which photos 1 and 2 show a view of the container with a funnel in a recess in the side wall of the container body, and photos 3 and 4 show a view of the container with a funnel placed on the filler opening. The container, according to the decorative pattern, is in the form of a canister with a filling opening closed by a stopper, the lateral, recessed part of which has a handle shaped like a segment of an arc, with the gripping part located above the top of the body. The upper side walls of the body, at the height of the handle, are decorated with parallel recesses arranged in regular rows. One of the side walls of the body has a recess roughly shaped like the letter "L," in which the funnel is placed. The upper part of the funnel is formed by three central sleeves with diameters decreasing towards the outlet, while the remaining part of the funnel is a concertina tube terminated in a simple flange with corrugated walls. The rear wall of the body cavity has projections on both arms of the letter "L". Above the bottom of the container there is a circumferential recess in the shape of a prism. PROTECTIVE CLAIMS 1. A container in the form of a canister with a filling opening closed with a stopper, characterized in that the lateral, indented part of the body has a handle profiled in the shape of a segment of an arc with a gripping part situated above the top of the body, the side walls of which in the upper part, at the height of the handle, are covered with a decoration in the form of parallel recesses arranged in regular rows, and one of the side walls of the body has a recess in the shape of the letter "L", in which there is a funnel, wherein the upper part of the funnel is in the shape of three centric sleeves with diameters decreasing towards the outlet, and the remaining part of the funnel is a concertina tube terminated with a straight collar with corrugated walls, and above the bottom of the container there is a circumferential recess in the shape of a prism, as shown in the attached photographs, photos 1, 2, 3 and 4. 2. A container according to claim 1, characterized in that the rear wall of the recess on both arms of the letter "L" has projections, as shown in the attached photographs, photos 3 and 4.
