Polowe powierzchni wzoru graficznego zajmuje kompozycja slowno-graficzna Duda Spécialité DUDUS zgloszona do ochrony w Urzedzie Patentowym jako znak towarowy, do wyrózniania na rynku linii produktów dla dzieci. Zgloszona kompozycja, oprócz slownych wyrózników Duda Spécialité, za- wiera niebieskiego ludka o imieniu DUDUS. Pluszak ulozony jest na prawym boku, ma podniesiona glowe, patrzy na wprost. Ma sympatycznego zeza zbieznego, czarne zrenice, jedno oko zólte, drugie pomaranczowe, oprawe oczu biala. Pod szerokim nosem – rozesmiane usta z widocznym czerwonym jezyczkiem w srodku, górna warga biala. Z czubka glowy wyrasta mu kepka zielonej szczecinki. Lapki ma krótkie, wrecz kuleczki. Do ogonka przykleil mu sie zielony listek. Przed pluszakiem duzymi dru- kowanymi literami zapisane jest jego imie. The essence of the industrial design is a new aesthetic form of the graphic design, manifested in the arrangement and color of its individual decorative elements, aimed at attractively displaying and advertising the product under the name "Szyneczka DUDUS". The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color illustrative material. Essential features of the industrial design The new graphic design is intended for placement on a foil casing in the form of a long sleeve, with the graphic design placed cyclically one below the other. Half of the graphic design's surface is occupied by the word and graphic composition Duda Spécialité DUDUS, registered for protection with the Patent Office as a trademark to distinguish a line of children's products on the market. The submitted composition, in addition to the verbal features of Duda Spécialité, features a blue man named DUDUS. The plush toy is placed on its right side, its head raised, and it looks straight ahead. It has a charming squint, black pupils, one eye yellow, the other orange, and white eye rims. Under its wide nose is a smiling mouth with a visible red tongue inside, and its upper lip is white. A tuft of green bristles grows from the top of its head. Its paws are short, almost ball-shaped. A green leaf is stuck to its tail. In front of the plush toy, its name is written in large block letters. The word DUDUS is composed of letter-like blocks, arranged unevenly, as if by a child's unskilled hand. The blocks are orange with white highlights. The word DUDUS lies half on a light blue background, like the entire Duda Spécialité plush toy and its insignia, and half on a dark blue background, which features the product's characteristic verbal and graphic elements. A separate rectangle with rounded corners, bordered with orange piping marked with a thin brush, features the product name "szyneczka" (ham), in slender, white letters. Above the product name, on a strip painted with a wider yellow brush, is the information "100% poultry," in black letters. A streak of red, drawn with a thick, wide brush, emerges from beneath the product name rectangle. On it, on the right side of the pattern, there are five streaks, each of a different color, marked with medium-sized brushes, on which the following information is placed: a yellow streak "without additives", the color of the letters is black, the font is the same as in the word "drobiowa" (poultry), below there is an orange streak with the information "phosphates", the color of the letters is white, a dark red streak with the information "monosodium glutamate", the color of the letters is white, a blue streak "artificial dyes", the color of the letters is white, a purple streak "high protein content", the color of the letters is white. The entire composition, with deliberate clumsiness, is surrounded by a yellow frame, which starts on the left side of the graphic design at the height of the plush toy's head, runs down partly under the rectangle with the product name bordered with orange piping, below it the yellow frame turns 90 degrees to the right, then runs up under all five multi-colored streaks and ends at the height of the ellipse with the word Duda.
