Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest czekolada stanowiaca slodka przekaske lub deser. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii wzoru przemyslowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej wizualizacji, na której Fig. 1 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym od dluzszego boku. Wzór przemyslowy we wszystkich odmianach posiada prostokatny ksztalt o plaskiej podstawie i plaskich zewnetrznych bokach. Podstawa i boki wzoru przemyslowego na swej górnej powierzchni posiadaja nieregularnosci o stozkowatych ksztaltach, przy czym stozki posiadaja rózna wysokosc, a ich sciany maja nieregularny ksztalt: wklesly badz wypukly. Stozkowate nieregularnosci rozciagaja sie na calej górnej powierzchni wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym dolna prawa czesc wzoru przemyslowego posiada znaczne przeplaszczenia. Górna powierzchnia wzoru przemyslowego przypomina swym ksztaltem masyw górski. W drugiej odmianie wzór przemyslowy posiada ksztalt jak w pierwszej odmianie, przy czym na górnej powierzchni wzoru przemyslowego na wierzcholkach i scianach bocznych stozkowate nieregularnosci posiadaja polewe jasniejszego koloru od pozostalej czesci wzoru przemyslowego. Górna powierzchnia wzoru przemyslowego w drugiej odmianie przypomina osniezony masyw górski. Wzór przemyslowych we wszystkich odmianach moze byc wykonany z czekolady barwionej na rózne kolory. The essence of the industrial design is its new and individual form, manifested in the characteristic shape and arrangement of the lines of the industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached visualization, in which Fig. 1 shows the industrial design in its first variation in a perspective view from the longer side. Fig. 2 shows the industrial design in its first variation in a perspective view from the shorter side. Fig. 3 shows the industrial design in its first variation in a perspective view. The industrial design in all variants has a rectangular shape with a flat base and flat outer sides. The base and sides of the industrial design have conical irregularities on their upper surface, the cones having different heights and their walls having an irregular shape: concave or convex. The conical irregularities extend across the entire upper surface of the industrial design, with the lower right part of the industrial design having significant flattening. The upper surface of the industrial design resembles a mountain range. In the second variation, the industrial design has the same shape as in the first variation, but on the upper surface of the industrial design, the conical irregularities at the peaks and side walls have a lighter-colored coating than the rest of the industrial design. The upper surface of the industrial design in the second variation resembles a snow-capped mountain range. The industrial design in all variations can be made of chocolate colored in various colors.
