Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest czekolada stanowiaca slodka przekaske lub deser. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii wzoru przemyslowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej wizualizacji, na której: Fig. 1 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym od dluzszego boku. Fig. 2 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu. Fig. 3 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie w widoku z boku. Fig. 4 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym. Fig. 5 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej i drugiej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym od dolu. Wzór przemyslowy we wszystkich odmianach posiada prostokatny ksztalt o plaskiej podstawie i plaskich zewnetrznych bokach. Podstawa i boki wzoru przemyslowego na swej górnej powierzchni posiadaja nieregularnosci o stozkowatych ksztaltach, przy czym stozki posiadaja rózna wysokosc, a ich sciany maja nieregularny ksztalt: wklesly badz wypukly. Stozkowate nieregularnosci rozciagaja sie na calej górnej powierzchni wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym mniej wiecej polowa powierzchni wzoru przemyslowego posiada znaczne przeplaszczenia. Górna powierzchnia wzoru przemyslowego przypomina swym ksztaltem masyw górski. W drugiej odmianie wzór przemyslowy posiada ksztalt jak w pierwszej odmianie, przy czym na górnej powierzchni wzoru przemyslowego na wierzcholkach i scianach bocznych stozkowate nieregularnosci posiadaja polewe jasniejszego koloru od pozostalej czesci wzoru przemyslowego. Górna powierzchnia wzoru przemyslowego w drugiej odmianie przypomina osniezony masyw górski. Wzór przemyslowych we wszystkich odmianach moze byc wykonany z czekolady barwionej na rózne kolory. The essence of the industrial design is its new and individual form, manifested in the characteristic shape and arrangement of the lines of the industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached visualization, in which: Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the industrial design in a perspective view from the long side. Fig. 2 shows the first variant of the industrial design in a perspective view from the front. Fig. 3 shows the first variant of the industrial design in a side view. Fig. 4 shows the first variant of the industrial design in a perspective view. Fig. 5 shows the first and second variants of the industrial design in a perspective view from below. Fig. 6 shows the second variant of the industrial design in a perspective view. Fig. 7 shows the second variant of the industrial design in a perspective view from the long side. Fig. 8 shows the second variant of the industrial design in a perspective view from above. Fig. 9 shows the second variant of the industrial design from the side. In all variants, the industrial design has a rectangular shape with a flat base and flat outer sides. The base and sides of the industrial design have conical irregularities on their upper surfaces, with the cones having different heights and their walls having an irregular shape: concave or convex. The conical irregularities extend across the entire upper surface of the industrial design, with approximately half of the surface of the industrial design having significant flattening. The upper surface of the industrial design resembles a mountain range. In the second variety, the industrial design has a shape like the first variety, whereby the top surface of the industrial design, at the vertices and side walls, features conical irregularities with a lighter-colored coating than the rest of the industrial design. The top surface of the second variety resembles a snow-covered mountain range. The industrial design in all varieties can be made of chocolate dyed in various colors.
