Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w cha- rakterystycznym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii wzoru przemyslowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej wizualizacji, na której Fig. 1 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy z przodu, Fig. 2 i 3 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku perspek- tywicznym, Fig. 4 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy z boku, Fig. 5 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy ukazu- jacy czekolade od dolu. Wzór przemyslowy posiada prostokatny ksztalt o plaskiej powierzchni z wypuklymi nieregular- nosciami, które swym ksztaltem przypominaja zarysy nastepujacych kontynentów kuli ziemskiej: Ame- ryke Pólnocna, Ameryke Poludniowa, Afryke, Europe, czesc Azji, Australie i Antarktyde. Wzór przemyslowy we wszystkich odmianach moze byc wykonany z czekolady barwionej na rózne kolory. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Czekolada wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma: – prostokatny ksztalt o plaskiej powierzchni z wypuklymi nieregularnosciami, przypominaja- cymi swym ksztaltem zarysy nastepujacych kontynentów kuli ziemskiej: Ameryke Pólnoc- na, Ameryke Poludniowa, Afryke, Europe, czesc Azji, Australie i Antarktyde. The essence of the industrial design is its new and individual form, manifested in the distinctive shape and arrangement of the lines of the industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached visualization, in which Fig. 1 shows the industrial design from the front, Figs. 2 and 3 show the industrial design in a perspective view, Fig. 4 shows the industrial design from the side, and Fig. 5 shows the industrial design showing the chocolate bar from below. The industrial design has a rectangular shape with a flat surface with convex irregularities, which in their shape resemble the outlines of the following continents: North America, South America, Africa, Europe, part of Asia, Australia, and Antarctica. The industrial design in all its varieties can be made of chocolate dyed in various colors.
