Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest czekolada stanowiaca slodka przekaske lub deser. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii wzoru przemyslowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej wizualizacji, na której: Fig. 1 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, Fig. 2 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie w widoku z boku, Fig. 3 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie w widoku z boku, Fig. 4 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym od góry, Fig. 5 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w drugiej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym od góry, Fig. 6 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w drugiej odmianie w widoku z boku, Fig. 7 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w drugiej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym. Wzór przemyslowy we wszystkich odmianach posiada kwadratowy ksztalt o plaskiej podstawie i plaskich zewnetrznych bokach. Górna powierzchnia wzoru przemyslowego posiada nieregularnosci o stozkowatym ksztalcie i róznej wysokosci, przy czym nieregularnosci o stozkowatym ksztalcie o najwyzszej wysokosci usytuowane sa zasadniczo w centralnej czesci wzoru przemyslowego i rozciagaja sie do dwóch krawedzi wzoru przemyslowego. Pozostala czesc wzoru przemyslowego posiada znaczne przeplaszczenia. Wzór przemyslowy przypomina swym ksztaltem masyw górski z najwyzszymi szczytami znajdujacymi sie w centralnej jego czesci. W drugiej odmianie wzór przemyslowy posiada ksztalt jak w pierwszej odmianie, przy czym na górnej powierzchni wzoru przemyslowego na wierzcholkach i scianach bocznych stozkowatych nieregularnosci o najwyzszej wysokosci usytuowano polewe jasniejszego koloru od pozostalej czesci wzoru przemyslowego. Wzór przemyslowy w drugiej odmianie przypomina swym ksztaltem masyw górski z osniezonymi najwyzszymi szczytami znajdujacymi sie w centralnej jego czesci. Wzór przemyslowych we wszystkich odmianach moze byc wykonany z czekolady barwionej na rózne kolory. The essence of the industrial design is its new and individual form, manifested in the characteristic shape and arrangement of the lines of the industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached visualization, in which: Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the industrial design in a front perspective view; Fig. 2 shows the first variant of the industrial design in a side view; Fig. 3 shows the first variant of the industrial design in a side view; Fig. 4 shows the first variant of the industrial design in a top perspective view; Fig. 5 shows the second variant of the industrial design in a top perspective view; Fig. 6 shows the second variant of the industrial design in a side view; Fig. 7 shows the second variant of the industrial design in a perspective view. The industrial design in all its variations has a square shape with a flat base and flat outer sides. The upper surface of the industrial design features conical irregularities of varying heights, with the highest conical irregularities generally located in the central part of the industrial design and extending to the two edges of the industrial design. The remainder of the industrial design has significant flattening. The industrial design resembles a mountain range in shape, with the highest peaks located in its central part. In the second variation, the industrial design has the same shape as in the first variation, except that on the upper surface of the industrial design, on the peaks and side walls of the highest conical irregularities, a coating of a lighter color is applied than in the rest of the industrial design. The second variation of the industrial design resembles a mountain range with snow-capped peaks located in its central part. The industrial design in all variations can be made of chocolate dyed in various colors.
