Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta przeznaczona do opakowan uniwersalnego plynu do mycia o nazwie „Tytan". Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego – W centralnej czesci etykiety znajduje sie napis „Tytan" wykonany stylizowanymi graficznie, pogrubionymi literami przypominajacymi pismo drukowane. Litery napisu „Tytan" maja kolor czerwony z bialymi otoczkami i usytuowane sa, ukosnie w kierunku „ku górze", na tle w kolorze - w górnej czesci: bialo-zóltym, a w dolnej czesci: bialo- zielonym. Nad litera „t" napisu „Tytan" umieszczona jest gwiazda w kolorze bialym. – W górnej czesci etykiety znajduje sie zielono-zólta wstega, na tle której umieszczono napisy w dwóch wierszach, jeden pod drugim: „swiezy zapach" i „CYTRYNY", przy czym napis „swiezy zapach" wykonany jest malymi literami, natomiast napis „CYTRYNY" wykonany jest duzymi literami. Oba te napisy wykonane sa literami stylizowanymi graficznie na wzór pisma pisanego patykiem. Ponadto napis „CYTRYNY" podkreslony jest ukosna wstega w kolorze czerwonym. – Pod napisem „Tytan" po lewej stronie etykiety znajduje sie cytryna ulozona na zielonych lisciach i jasnofioletowy napis w postaci dwuwierszu „Delikatny" i „polysk", przy czym litery dwuwierszu wykonane sa literami stylizowanymi graficznie na wzór pisma pisanego patykiem. Ponadto napis „Delikatny" jest podkreslony ukosna linia w kolorze jasnofioletowym. - Po prawej stronie etykiety, obok cytryny, umieszczony jest napis „PLYN DO MYCIA" usytuowany w dwuwierszu, pod którym znajduje sie napis „UNIWERSALNY" wykonany kilkakrotnie mniejszymi literami. Litery obu tych napisów wykonane sa duzymi literami, przy czym litery napisu „PLYN DO MYCIA" wykonane sa w kolorze granatowym, zas litery napisu „UNIWERSALNY" maja kolor czerwony. Pod napisem „UNIWERSALNY" usytuowany jest napis „KONCENTRAT" wykonany duzymi, nieco pochylonymi literami w kolorze bialym z granatowymi obwódkami, przy czym wysokosc liter napisu „KONCENTRAT" jest kilkakrotnie wieksza od wysokosci liter napisu „UNIWERSALNY". The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph. Essential features of the industrial design - In the central part of the label there is the inscription "Tytan" in graphically stylized, bold letters resembling printed letters. The letters of the inscription "Tytan" are red with white outlines and are positioned diagonally upwards on a colored background - in the upper part: white and yellow, and in the lower part: white and green. Above the letter "t" of the inscription "Tytan" there is a white star. – At the top of the label, there is a green and yellow ribbon, against which there are inscriptions in two lines, one below the other: "fresh scent" and "LEMONS," with the inscription "fresh scent" written in lowercase letters, while the inscription "LEMONS" is written in uppercase letters. Both inscriptions are written in letters graphically stylized to resemble writing written with a stick. Furthermore, the inscription "LEMONS" is underlined by a diagonal red ribbon. – Below the inscription "Titan," on the left side of the label, there is a lemon placed on green leaves and a light purple inscription in the form of a couplet: "Delicate" and "gloss," with the letters of the couplet written in letters graphically stylized to resemble writing written with a stick. Furthermore, the inscription "Delicate" is underlined by a diagonal light purple line. - On the right side of the label, next to the lemon, there is the inscription "WASHING LIQUID" in a couplet, below which there is the inscription "UNIWERSALNY" written in several smaller letters. The letters of both inscriptions are written in capital letters, with the letters of the inscription "WASHING LIQUID" written in navy blue, while the letters of the inscription "UNIWERSALNY" are red. Below the inscription "UNIWERSALNY" there is the inscription "CONCENTRATE" written in large, slightly slanted letters in white with navy blue borders, with the letters of the inscription "CONCENTRATE" being several times higher in height than the letters of the inscription "UNIWERSALNY".
