Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - W srodkowej czesci etykiety, na tle w kolorze granatowym, znajduje sie napis „Tytan" wykonany stylizowanymi graficznie, drukowanymi literami, usytuo- wanymi ukosnie; kazda nastepna litera usytuowana jest nieco wyzej od po- przedzajacej ja litery, przy czym wszystkie litery wykonane sa w kolorze czer- wonym i posiadaja obwódki w kolorze bialym. Nad górna czescia literki „t" napisu umieszczona jest biala gwiazdka. Pod napisem „Tytan" jest napis: „ka- mien i rdza"- wykonany w dwóch wierszach równoleglych wzajemnie do sie- bie i równoleglych do napisu „tytan", przy czym litery napisu maja kolor gra-natowy z bialymi otoczkami, zas krój liter przypomina pismo kaligraficzne. - W górnej czesci etykiety na fioletowym, ukosni e usytuowanym w kierunku "ku górze" pasie umieszczony jest napis „DOSKONALY DO KABIN PRYSZNI- COWYCH" wykonany duzymi drukowanymi literami w kolorze bialym, przy czym litery tego napisu umieszczone sa, równiez ukosnie - w kierunku „ku górze" w dwóch wierszach wzajemnie do siebie równoleglych. - Dolna czesc etykiety stanowi rysunek kranu a lewa czesc - rysunek kabiny prysznicowej, na której tle umieszczone sa pierwsze litery napisu „Tytan". - Na prawej stronie rysunku kranu znajduje sie napis: „kabiny, armatura, umy- walki, wanny" wykonany drukowanymi literami w kolorze fioletowym z bia- lymi otoczkami, przy czym poszczególne wyrazy tego napisu umieszczone sa w oddzielnych wierszach usytuowanych poziomo, jeden nad drugim. Natomiast na dolnym obrzezu etykiety jest napis: „Plyn do mycia lazienek" wykonany li- terami w kolorze bialym z granatowa otoczka, przy czym krój liter przypomina pismo kaligraficzne. - Tlo etykiety ma, w czesci srodkowej, kolor niebieski, przechodzacy w górnej i dolnej czesci etykiety w kolor granatowy (fot). PLLabel The industrial design is for a label intended for bathroom cleaner packaging. The design is shown in the attached photograph. Essential features of the industrial design: In the central part of the label, against a navy blue background, is the inscription "Tytan" in graphically stylized, block letters, positioned diagonally; each subsequent letter is positioned slightly higher than the preceding letter, with all letters being in red and having white borders. A white star is placed above the top of the letter "t" in the inscription. Under the inscription "Tytan" there is the inscription: "stone and rust" - made in two lines parallel to each other and parallel to the inscription "tytan", with the letters of the inscription being navy blue with white outlines, and the font resembling calligraphic writing. - In the upper part of the label, on a purple stripe running diagonally upwards, there is the inscription "PERFECT FOR SHOWER CABINS" written in large white block letters, with the letters of this inscription being placed, also diagonally - upwards, in two lines parallel to each other. - The lower part of the label is an image of a faucet, and the left part - an image of a shower cabin, against the background of which are the first letters of the inscription "Tytan". - On the right side of the faucet drawing there is an inscription: "cabins, fittings, sinks, bathtubs" written in purple block letters with white borders, with the individual words of this inscription placed in separate lines placed horizontally, one above the other. On the lower edge of the label there is an inscription: "Bathroom cleaning fluid" written in white letters with a navy blue border, with the typeface resembling calligraphy. - The background of the label is blue in the middle, changing to navy blue in the upper and lower parts of the label (photo).
