Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest organizer biurkowy, skladany do pozycji plaskiej, prze- znaczony do przesylki pocztowej w formie plaskiego listu. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na ilustracji, na której: fig. 1, przedstawia organizer w widoku fig. 2, przedstawia pojemnik organizera fig. 3, przedstawia wkladke do pojemnika organizera fig. 4, przedstawia czesci wkladki przedstawionej na fig. 3 fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, przedstawia etapy skladania pojemnika organizera do pozycji plaskiej fig. 8, przedstawia szablon pojemnika organizera. Pojemnik organizera ma ksztalt graniastoslupa o podstawie prostokata, otwartego od góry, co przedstawiono na fig. 2, wewnatrz którego znajduje sie wkladka w formie krzyzaka, przedstawionego na fig. 3, którego scianki sa usytuowane wzdluz przekatnych graniastoslupa, dzielac jego wnetrze na cztery komory o trójkatnym przekroju poprzecznym, co przedstawiono na fig. 1. Scianki wkladki maja ksztalt prostokata, w którym jedna krawedz jest scieta w kierunku do srodka oraz zaopatrzone sa w wyciecia przebiegajace od krawedzi w kierunku do srodka poprzez które polaczone sa ze soba roz- lacznie, przy czym jedna ze scianek ma wyciecie wykonane od scietej krawedzi a druga od przeciwle- glej krawedzi wzgledem scietej krawedzi, co pokazano na fig. 4. Wkladka umieszczona jest w pojem- niku tak, ze jej krawedzie proste usytuowane sa na górze pojemnika, a krawedzie sciete w poblizu dna. W celu zlozenia organizera do pozycji plaskiej, wyjmuje sie z pojemnika wkladke a nastepnie rozlacza jej scianki oraz rozklada sie dno pojemnika, po czym sklada sie go do pozycji plaskiej wzdluz jego wzdluznych krawedzi, co pokazano na fig. 5 do fig. 7. Plaski zestaw mozna spakowac do koperty listowej. Scianki organizera moga byc wykorzystane do umieszczenia na nich nadruków. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego, które wyrózniaja go sposród innych wzorów, jest jego ksztalt w postaci graniastoslupa o podstawie prostokata, stanowiacego pojemnik, wyposazony w wyj- mowalna wkladke w ksztalcie krzyzaka, którego scianki sa usytuowane wzdluz przekatnych graniasto- slupa, dzielac jego wnetrze na cztery komory o trójkatnym przekroju poprzecznym, przy czym scianki krzyzaka maja ksztalt prostokata, w którym jedna krawedz jest scieta w kierunku do srodka oraz za- opatrzone sa w wyciecia przebiegajace od krawedzi w kierunku do srodka, poprzez które polaczone sa ze soba rozlacznie, przy czym jedna ze scianek ma wyciecie wykonane od scietej krawedzi, a dru- ga od przeciwleglej krawedzi wzgledem scietej krawedzi. The subject of the design is shown in the illustration, in which: fig. 1, shows the organizer in a view fig. 2, shows the organizer container fig. 3, shows an insert for the organizer container fig. 4, shows parts of the insert shown in fig. 3 fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, shows the steps of folding the organizer container into a flat position fig. 8, shows a template for the organizer container. The organizer container has the shape of a prism with a rectangular base, open at the top, as shown in Fig. 2, inside which there is an insert in the form of a cross, as shown in Fig. 3, the walls of which are situated along the diagonals of the prism, dividing its interior into four chambers with a triangular cross-section, as shown in Fig. 1. The walls of the insert have the shape of a rectangle, in which one edge is cut towards the center and are provided with cutouts running from the edge towards the center through which they are connected to each other detachably, wherein one of the walls has a cutout made from the cut edge and the other from the opposite edge in relation to the cut edge, as shown in Fig. 4. The insert is placed in the container so that its Straight edges are located at the top of the container, while beveled edges are located near the bottom. To fold the organizer flat, remove the insert from the container, separate its walls, and unfold the bottom of the container. Fold it flat along its longitudinal edges, as shown in Figures 5 to 7. The flat set can be packed into a letter envelope. The organizer's walls can be used for printing. The essential features of the industrial design that distinguish it from other designs are its shape in the form of a prism with a rectangular base, constituting a container, equipped with a removable insert in the shape of a cross, the walls of which are situated along the diagonals of the prism, dividing its interior into four chambers with a triangular cross-section, wherein the walls of the cross have the shape of a rectangle, in which one edge is cut towards the centre and are provided with cutouts running from the edge towards the centre, through which they are connected to each other detachably, wherein one of the walls has a cutout made from the cut edge and the other from the opposite edge in relation to the cut edge.
