Z opisu zgloszeniowego US2014284241 znany jest pojemnik chusteczek z podluznym otworem pobraniowym w sciance górnej. W opisie zgloszeniowym JPH01167085 ujawnione jest rozwiazanie pojemnika z otworem po- braniowym w sciance górnej, przy czym otwór ten jest zasloniety folia. Z opisu zgloszeniowego P.366172 znany jest pojemnik dla bibulkowych chusteczek, majacy ogólnie plaska scianke dolna i scianke górna oraz scianki boczne laczace scianke dolna i scianke górna. W sciance górnej jest usytuowany otwór pobraniowy do wyjmowania chusteczek z pojemnika. Otwór jest wyposazony w podluzne, zachodzace na siebie wystepy wystajace od przeciwleglych bo- ków otworu. Przejawy przemyslowej twórczosci wzorniczej, które zakreslaja istote przedmiotowego wzoru uwidoczniono w pelni na rysunkach, stanowiacych integralna czesc zgloszenia i ilustrujacych wraz z opisem wzoru cechy istotne w zakresie zadanej ochrony prawnej. Pojemnik o ksztaltach szesciosciennego prostopadloscianu uwidoczniono na figurach rysunku, które ukazuja widok ukosem z góry: Fig. 1 – pojemnik z otworem kontrolnym z krawedziami w obrysie trójkata, Fig. 2 – pojemnik podluzny z otworem kontrolnym z krawedziami w obrysie trójkata i wyraznie pofalowana przeciwprostokatna krawedz. Jak pokazano na figurach rysunku, wzory posiadaja swoisty wyglad nadany poprzez nizej wy- szczególnione cechy istotne. Cecha istotna wspólna dla wszystkich odmian wzoru jest rozmieszczenie otworów pojemnika kartonowego w postaci prostopadloscianu z podluznym otworem pobraniowym A w sciance górnej 2 i co najmniej jednym w bocznej sciance 1 otworem kontrolnym zaslonietym od strony wewnetrznej platem folii 4 z tworzywa sztucznego. Poszczególne odmiany róznia sie miedzy soba tym, ze: Odmiana I wzoru – posiada otwór kontrolny z krawedziami w obrysie trójkata, którego boki przyprostokatne sa równolegle do krawedzi pomiedzy scianka boczna 1 i scianka górna 2 i o wyraznie pofalowanej krawedzi przeciwprostokatnej trójkata, przy czym dlugosc krawedzi pojemnika jest do siebie zblizona, jak pokazano na Fig. 1; Odmiana II wzoru – posiada otwór kontrolny z krawedziami w obrysie trójkata, którego boki przyprostokatne sa równolegle do krawedzi pomiedzy scianka boczna 1 i scianka górna 2 oraz sa- siednimi sciankami bocznymi, przy czym otwór o wyraznie pofalowanej krawedzie przeciwprostokatnej trójkata jest przy krótszym boku scianki bocznej 1, jak pokazano na Fig. 2; Pojemnik jest szescioscienna prostopadloscienna bryla z okienkiem w postaci otworu zaslonie- tego folia na sciance bocznej, przy czym poszczególne odmiany wzoru róznia sie jedynie nieistotnie dlugoscia jednej krawedzi pojemnika. Pojemnik wykonany w postaci wzoru i zrealizowany w odmianach, nadaje bryle pojemnika kar- tonowego chusteczek swoisty i oryginalny wyglad, niespotykany w tego typu wytworach. Cechy istotne wzoru 1. The aesthetic effect is provided by the new form of the container through the original shape and arrangement of the openings. The application specification US2014284241 discloses a tissue container with an elongated collection opening in the upper wall. The application specification JPH01167085 discloses a solution for a container with a collection opening in the upper wall, wherein this opening is covered with foil. The application specification P.366172 discloses a container for tissue paper tissues, having a generally flat lower wall and upper wall, and side walls connecting the lower wall and the upper wall. The upper wall has a collection opening for removing wipes from the container. The opening is equipped with longitudinal, overlapping projections protruding from opposite sides of the opening. The manifestations of industrial design creativity, which define the essence of the subject design, are fully shown in the drawings, which constitute an integral part of the application and illustrate, together with the description of the design, the features essential to the scope of the requested legal protection. The container in the shape of a cubic parallelepiped is shown in the figures of the drawing, which show an oblique view from above: Fig. 1 – container with an inspection opening with edges in the outline of a triangle, Fig. 2 – elongated container with an inspection opening with edges in the outline of a triangle and a clearly wavy hypotenuse edge. As shown in the figures, the designs have a specific appearance given by the essential features listed below. An essential feature common to all variants of the design is the arrangement of the cardboard container openings in the form of a cuboid with an elongated collection opening A in the top wall 2 and at least one control opening in the side wall 1 covered from the inside by a sheet of plastic foil 4. The individual variants differ from each other in that: Variation I of the design – has a control opening with edges in the outline of a triangle, the hypotenuses of which are parallel to the edge between the side wall 1 and the top wall 2 and with a clearly wavy edge of the hypotenuse of the triangle, wherein the length of the container edges is similar to each other, as shown in Fig. 1; Variation II of the design – has a control opening with edges in the outline of a triangle, the hypotenuse sides of which are parallel to the edge between side wall 1 and top wall 2 and the adjacent side walls, wherein the opening with a clearly wavy edge of the hypotenuse of the triangle is at the shorter side of side wall 1, as shown in Fig. 2; The container is a hexahedral cuboid with a window in the form of an opening covered with foil on the side wall, wherein the individual variations of the design differ only insignificantly in the length of one edge of the container. The container made in the form of a pattern and realized in variations, gives the body of the cardboard tissue container a specific and original appearance, not encountered in products of this type. Essential features of the design 1. A cardboard container for tissues or napkins in the form of a cuboid with an elongated collection opening in the top wall, characterized in that it has an inspection opening in the side wall 1 covered from the inside by a sheet of plastic foil 4, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 2. A container according to claim 1, characterized in that the inspection opening has edges in the outline of a triangle, the hypotenuses of which are parallel to the edge between the side wall 1 and the top wall 2 and the adjacent side walls, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 3. A container according to claim 1, characterized in that it has an inspection hole with edges in the outline of a triangle, the hypotenuse sides of which are parallel to the edge between the side wall 1 and the top wall 2 and the adjacent side walls, wherein the hole with a clearly wavy edge of the hypotenuse of the triangle is at the shorter side of the side wall 1, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
