Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sofa, która moze sluzyc jako wyposazenie pokoju dziennego czy sypialni. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i wygladzie czesci tapicerowanych, które nadaja meblowi swoisty oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych. Sofa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczona jest do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku zbiorczym, przedstawiajacym poszczególne odmiany sofy w widoku ogólnym. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and appearance of the upholstered parts, which give the furniture a unique, original appearance intended to enhance its aesthetic qualities. The sofa according to the industrial design is intended to be reproduced multiple times in industrial production. The subject of the design is presented in the attached collective drawing, showing individual sofa variants in an overall view. The passenger sofas feature a cubic seat with decorative stitching on the right and left edges – with a single-needle seam. A fabric insert is recessed into the center of the seat, and on both sides, the insert features single-needle stitching. The armrest cushions, with a roughly triangular cross-section and descending toward the center of the seat, feature single-needle stitching around and in the center of the armrest. The backrest consists of two rectangular backrest cushions printed with 3D elements. The sofa has legs in the shape of a lying cylinder. Significant industrial design features: Figure 1 shows a gray sofa, where the cubic seat is stitched with decorative yellow thread on the right and left edges using single-needle stitching. A yellow fabric insert is recessed into the center of the seat, with stitching on both sides of the insert using yellow single-needle stitching. The armrest cushions feature single-needle stitching around and in the center of the armrest in yellow. The backrest cushions feature a printed CD element depicting a torso view with a hand playing a guitar and speakers, and the words "SOUND SCREM" appear in large yellow letters within a frame. Yellow ears of corn are located outside the frame. The sofa is marketed under the name PLAY NEW SOUND. The design variation shown in Fig. 2 is a blue sofa, where the cubic seat is stitched with decorative orange thread on the right and left edges using single-needle stitching. An orange fabric insert is incorporated into the center of the seat, with stitching on both sides of the insert using orange single-needle stitching. The armrest cushions feature single-headed orange stitching around and in the center of the armrest. The backrest cushions feature a printed CD element with graffiti-painted faces. The sofa is marketed under the name PLAY NEW GRAFITI. Figure 3 shows the brown sofa, where the cubic seat is stitched with decorative beige thread on the right and left edges using a single-needle stitch. A beige fabric insert is recessed into the center of the seat, with stitching on both sides of the insert using a beige single-needle stitch. The armrest cushions feature single-headed beige stitching around and in the center of the armrest. The backrest cushions feature a printed CD element with a view of a black and silver motorcycle against an orange city background. The sofa is marketed under the name PLAY NEW MOTOCYKL. Figure 4 shows a graphite-colored sofa, where the cubic seat is stitched with decorative red thread on the right and left edges using a single-needle stitch. A red fabric insert is recessed into the center of the seat, with stitching on both sides of the insert using a single-needle stitch. The armrest cushions feature single-needle stitching in red all around and in the center of the armrest. The backrest cushions feature a printed CD element with a view of the Eiffel Tower and a gray street with a red Citroën driving down it. The sofa is sold under the name PLAY NEW PARIS. Figure 5 shows a beige-colored sofa, where the cubic seat is stitched with decorative brown thread on the right and left edges using a single-needle stitch. A brown fabric insert is recessed into the center of the seat, with stitching on both sides of the insert (PL 20517 3) using a brown single-needle stitch. The armrest cushions feature single-needle stitching in brown all around and in the center of the armrest. The backrest cushions feature a printed CD element depicting an Apache face, horses in brown and beige, a red "GERONIMO" inscription, and a thin brown "The Chief of Apache" inscription. The right cushion features a puzzle piece depicting a red-orange canyon and a horse rider in the distance. The sofa is marketed under the name PLAY NEW GERONIMO.
