Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest front meblowy, wykonany z plyty laminowanej i szkla, wchodzacy w sklad zestawów meblowych - pokojowych, sypialnych i kuchennych, stosowany zwlasz- cza w drzwiach szaf, drzwiczkach szafek, komód i kredensów. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie wzorzystej faktury na jego scianach frontowych i kontrastujacych ze soba kolorów tworzacych te fakture. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 - fig. 40, w osmiu odmianach kolorystycznych jego wykonania w widoku z przodu oraz jedna z przykladowych odmian w widoku z góry pokazana na fig. 41, a ponadto na fig. 42 pokazano szafke meblowa w widoku perspektywicznym z zamontowanymi w niej drzwiczkami posiadajacymi sciany frontowe w jednej z odmian tego frontu, pokazanej na fig. 21. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the shape of the patterned texture on its fronts and the contrasting colors that create this texture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1 - Fig. 40, in eight color variants of its execution in a front view and one of the exemplary variants in a top view shown in Fig. 41, and furthermore Fig. 42 shows a furniture cabinet in a perspective view with doors mounted in it having front walls in one of the variants of this front, shown in Fig. 21. The furniture front according to the industrial design consists of two rectangular panel elements, adjacent to each other by their identical longer sides, so that their front basic front surfaces with backgrounds of different colors are located in one vertical plane, and the semicircular glass overlays mounted on them, also of different colors, are also located in one vertical plane. The first of these rectangular elements, with a darker front background, has glass overlays with a semicircular profile attached to both of its longer sides and part of this background. They are positioned asymmetrically relative to each other and have a lighter color that contrasts with the darker background color of the rectangular element. In turn, the second rectangular element of this furniture front has a light front background—similar to the color of the semicircular overlays of the first rectangular element. On both of its longer sides and part of its background, it has glass overlays with an identical semicircular profile, also positioned asymmetrically relative to each other but having a dark color—similar to the background color of the first rectangular element, which contrasts with the lighter background color of this rectangular element. Moreover, the semicircular glass overlays mounted on both rectangular elements of this furniture handle are positioned in relation to each other in such a way that at the junction of the longer inner sides of the rectangular elements of this furniture front, the perimeters of the semicircular glass overlays that contrast with each other touch each other, creating a sinusoidally wavy surface in its central part, as shown in the illustrations Fig. 1 - Fig. 41. The furniture front according to the first variant of its execution, shown in the illustrations Fig. 1 - Fig. 5, has one rectangular element with a "sonoma"-coloured background and semicircular overlays in a "chestnut" colour, and its second rectangular element with a "chocolate-coloured" background and semicircular overlays in a "banana" colour. The furniture front according to the second variant of its execution, shown in the illustration material Fig. 6 - Fig. 10, has one rectangular element with a background in the "canterbury" colour and semicircular overlays in the "pearl" colour and its second rectangular element with a background in the "santana" colour and semicircular overlays in the "black" colour.
