Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klucz do wkladek bebenkowych stosowanych w zam- kach drzwiowych i okiennych, klódkach i innych zamknieciach. Klucze tego rodzaju maja najczesciej ksztalt plaski i sa wykonywane przewaznie z tasmy meta- lowej. Skladaja sie z czesci roboczej i uchwytu. W czesci roboczej mozna wyróznic czesc górna - gran, na której nacina sie zabki i czesc dolna - grzbiet. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac profili klucza przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukla- dzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia klucz w widoku z boku a fig. 2 - profile klucza, stanowiace odmiany 1-6 wzoru. Profil stanowi obrys poprzeczny czesci roboczej klucza pokazany w przekroju A-A. Jak uwidoczniono na rysunku profil klucza ma na bokach pólki i rowki wyznaczajace ksztalt pólek. Odmiana 1 klucza ma po lewej stronie trzy pólki 1 i trzy rowki 2 a po prawej stronie - trzy pólki 3 i dwa rowki 4. Odmiana 2 klucza ma po lewej stronie trzy pólki 5 i dwa rowki 6 a po prawej stronie - dwie pólki 7 i dwa rowki 8. Odmiana 3 klucza ma po lewej stronie trzy pólki 9 i trzy rowki 10 a po prawej stronie - trzy pólki 11 i dwa rowki 12. Obrys pólek jest polaczony z obrysem sasiadujacych rowków. Dna rowków sa usytuowane paracentrycznie wzgledem osi symetrii profilu tj. wystaja poza os symetrii. Odmiany róznia sie miedzy soba liczba i obrysem nacietych pólek i rowków. Odmiany 4, 5, 6 sa lustrzanym odbiciem odmian 1, 2, 3. Oznaczenie elementów profilu klucza jest uwidocznione na odmianach 1, 2, 3 fig. 2. Klucz o zwiekszonej liczbie odmian i takim doborze obrysów profili umozliwia tworzenie wiek- szej liczby kombinacji oraz zwieksza stopien utrudnienia otwarcia zamkniec niewlasciwym kluczem. Keys of this type are most often flat in shape and are usually made of metal strip. They consist of a working part and a handle. In the working part, we can distinguish the upper part - the gran, on which the teeth are cut and the lower part - the spine. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of key profiles manifested in the shape and arrangement of the surfaces. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the key in a side view and Fig. 2 - the key profiles, constituting variants 1-6 of the design. The profile is a cross-section of the working part of the key shown in cross-section A-A. As shown in the drawing, the key profile has shelves and grooves on the sides defining the shape of the shelves. Variation 1 of the key has three shelves 1 and three grooves 2 on the left side and three shelves 3 and two grooves 4 on the right side. Variation 2 of the key has three shelves 5 and two grooves 6 on the left side and two shelves 7 and two grooves 8 on the right side. Variation 3 of the key has three shelves 9 and three grooves 10 on the left side and three shelves 11 and two grooves 12 on the right side. The outline of the shelves is connected with the outline of the neighboring grooves. The bottoms of the grooves are located paracentrically with respect to the axis of symmetry of the profile, i.e. they protrude beyond the axis of symmetry. The varieties differ in the number and outline of the cut shelves and grooves. Variations 4, 5, 6 are a mirror image of variations 1, 2, 3. The marking of the key profile elements is visible on variations 1, 2, 3 fig. 2. A key with an increased number of variations and such a selection of profile outlines allows for the creation of a greater number of combinations and increases the degree of difficulty in opening the locks with an incorrect key.
