PL 24742 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klucz do zamkniec bebenkowych PKB2 stosowanych w zamkach drzwiowych i okiennych, klódkach i innych. Klucz jest oznaczony symbolem firmowym PKB2. Klucze tego rodzaju maja najczesciej ksztalt plaski i sa wykonywane przewaznie z tasmy metalowej. Skladaja sie z czesci roboczej i uchwytu. W czesci roboczej mozna wyróznic czesc dolna – gran, na której nacina sie zabki i czesc górna – grzbiet. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac profili klucza przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia klucz w widoku z boku, fig. 2 – profil glówny a fig. 3 – profile stanowiace odmiany 1–7 wzoru. Profil stanowi obrys poprzeczny czesci roboczej klucza pokazany w przekroju A-A. Jak uwidoczniono na rysunku profil klucza ma na bokach pólki zmienne 1, 4 i rowki zmienne 2, 3, 5 oraz pólki stale 6, 7. Liczbe odmian 1–7 tworzy sie przez zmiane obrysu pólek zmiennych 1, 4 i rowków zmiennych 2, 3, 5 poprzez nacinanie rowków zmiennych o róznej wielkosci i usytuowaniu. Odmiany róznia sie miedzy soba liczba i obrysem nacietych rowków i wglebien. Rowki zmienne umozliwiaja zwiekszenie ilosci kombinacji w ukladach MASTER KEY. Liczbe odmian mozna zwiekszyc poprzez lustrzane odbicie profili. The key is marked with the trademark PKB2. Keys of this type are most often flat and are made of metal strip. They consist of a working part and a handle. The working part can be distinguished between a lower part – the gran, on which the teeth are cut, and an upper part – the spine. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of key profiles, manifested in the shape and surface arrangement. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the key from a side view, Fig. 2 – the main profile, and Fig. 3 – profiles constituting variants 1–7 of the design. The profile is the cross-sectional outline of the working part of the key, shown in cross-section A-A. As shown in the drawing, the key profile has variable shelves 1, 4 and variable grooves 2, 3, 5 on its sides, as well as fixed shelves 6, 7. The number of varieties 1–7 is created by changing the outline of variable shelves 1, 4 and variable grooves 2, 3, 5 by cutting variable grooves of various sizes and locations. The varieties differ in the number and outline of the cut grooves and recesses. Variable grooves enable an increase in the number of combinations in MASTER KEY systems. The number of varieties can be increased by mirroring the profiles.
