PL 23085 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klucz do wkladek bebenkowych stosowanych w zam- kach drzwiowych i okiennych, klódkach i innych zamknieciach. Klucz jest oznaczony symbolami fir- mowymi PKD35 i PKD36. Klucze tego rodzaju maja najczesciej ksztalt plaski i sa wykonywane przewaznie z tasmy meta- lowej. Skladaja sie z czesci roboczej i uchwytu. W czesci roboczej mozna wyróznic czesc górna – gran, na której nacina sie zabki i czesc dolna – grzbiet. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac profili klucza przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukla- dzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia klucz w widoku z boku, fig. 2 – profil klucza stanowiacy odmiane 1 a fig. 3 – profil klucza stanowiacy odmiane 2. Profil stanowi obrys poprzeczny czesci roboczej klucza pokazany w przekroju A-A. Jak uwidoczniono na rysunku odmiana 2 jest odbiciem lustrzanym odmiany 1. Kazda z odmian 1, 2 jest wyposazona na jednym boku w rowki 1, 2, 3 i 4 a na drugim – w rowki 5, 6 i 7. Rowki 1–7 róznia sie usytuowaniem, wielkoscia i obrysem. The key is designated with the trademark symbols PKD35 and PKD36. Keys of this type are most often flat and are made from a metal strip. They consist of a working part and a handle. The working part can be divided into an upper part – the gran, on which the teeth are cut, and a lower part – the spine. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the key profiles, manifested in the shape and surface arrangement. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a side view of the key, Fig. 2 – the profile of the key constituting variant 1, and Fig. 3 – the profile of the key constituting variant 2. The profile is the transverse outline of the working part of the key shown in cross-section A-A. As shown in the drawing, variant 2 is a mirror image of variant 1. Each of the variants 1 and 2 is equipped with grooves 1, 2, 3, and 4 on one side and grooves 5, 6, and 7 on the other. Grooves 1–7 differ in location, size, and outline.
