Klucz do wkladek bebenkowych Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klucz do wkladek bebenkowych stasowanych w zamkach drzwiowych i okiennych, Klódkach i innych zamknieciach. Klucz jest oznaczony symbolem firmowym PKD4. Klucze tego rodzaju maja najczesciej ksztalt plaski i sa wykonywane przewaznie z tasmy metalowej. Skladaja sie z czesci roboczej i uchwytu. W czesci roboczej mozna wyróznic czesc górna - gran, na której nacina sie zabki i czesc dolna - grzbiet. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac profili klucza przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru jest przedstawiony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia klucz w widoku z boku a fig. 2 - profile klucza, stanowiace odmiany 1-10 wzoru. Profil stanowi obrys poprzeczny czesci roboczej klucza pokazany w przekroju A-A. Jak uwidoczniono na rysunku profil klucza ma na bokach rowki stale (1,2) (3,4) wyznaczajace pólki stale oraz pólke podstawowa 5 i pólke podstawowa 6 usytuowane miedzy grania a grzbietem klucza. Obrys pólek jest polaczony z obrysem sasiadujacych rowków. Liczbe odmian 1-10 tworzy sie przez zmiane obrysu pólek podstawowych 5,6 poprzez nacinanie na nich rowków zmiennych o róznej wielkosci i usytuowaniu.2 Odmiany róznia sie miedzy soba liczba i obrysem nacietych pólek i rowków. The key is designated with the trademark PKD4. Keys of this type are most often flat and made from a metal strip. They consist of a working part and a handle. The working part can be distinguished by an upper part (the gran), on which the teeth are cut, and a lower part (the spine). The essence of the industrial design is a new form of key profiles, manifested in the shape and surface arrangement. The design is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the key from a side view, and Fig. 2 shows the key profiles, constituting variants 1-10 of the design. The profile is the cross-sectional outline of the working part of the key, shown in cross-section A-A. As shown in the drawing, the key profile has fixed grooves (1, 2) (3, 4) on the sides, defining fixed ledges, as well as a base ledge 5 and a base ledge 6 located between the key's ridge and spine. The contours of the ledges are connected to the contours of the adjacent grooves. Variations 1-10 are created by changing the contours of the base ledges 5, 6 by cutting variable grooves of varying sizes and locations. Variations differ in the number and contours of the cut ledges and grooves. The designation of elements 1-10 of the key is shown in variant 1, Fig. 2. Essential features of the industrial design. The key is characterized by the shape of profiles 1-10, which is reflected in: - the number and outline of fixed grooves (1,2) (3,4), - the shape of basic shelves 5,6, - the number and outline of variable grooves shaped on basic shelves 5,6.
