Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wzór nadruku, stosowany do nadruku opakowan pa- pierowych, tekturowych, folii aluminiowych, folii z tworzyw sztucznych, itp. Znane sa z obrotu rynkowego róznego rodzaju wzory nadruków stosowanych do nadruku opa- kowan papierowych, tekturowych, folii aluminiowych, folii z tworzyw sztucznych, itp., spelniajace funk- cje ozdobne i estetyczne oraz indywidualizujace wyrób. Istote wzoru nadruku wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez to cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolo- rystyke oraz jego ornamentacje. The essence of the print design according to the industrial design is a new and individual form of the product, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, colours and its ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a print design in the shape of a rectangle, in blue colour, Fig. 2 shows a variant of the print design in the shape of a rectangle, in red colour. As shown in Figure 1, the print pattern has the shape of a rectangle, blue in colour, with a decorative ornament symbolising growing herb stems and round grains, white, grey (silver), light blue, divided by a white stripe, with the inscription chlodzacy, blue in colour, above which the inscription VIRUMIN ZEL is placed vertically, in decorative white font with grey (silver) outline, and the manufacturer's mark P.W.M. GAMA topped with a decorative ornament, grey (silver).
