Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest welon komunijny przeznaczony do noszenia jako na- krycie glowy w dniu Pierwszej Komunii Swietej oraz w dniach swiat koscielnych zwiazanych z proce- sjami - ubranie dla bielanek. Celem rozwiazania wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wprowadzenie na rynek oryginalnego komunijnego nakrycia glowy dla dziewczynek, charakteryzujacego sie niepowtarzalnym krojem i ukla- dem elementów zdobiacych w postaci kokardki, marszczen, ozdobnej tasiemki w ksztalcie polaczo- nych kwiatków. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia nakry- cie glowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 w widoku z lewego boku, fig. 4 widok z pra- wego boku. Welon swobodnie opada na ramiona. Welon jest w kolorze bialym. Nakrycie glowy oparte jest na konstrukcji usztywniajacej opaski na glowe. Material welonu oplata opaske tak, aby opaska byla niewidoczna. Szczyt welonu udekorowany jest tasiemka w ksztalcie polaczonych kwiatków. Tasiemka biegnie po obu stronach krawedzi welonu az do jego zakonczenia. Na wysokosci czola dodatkowa tasiemka w ksztalcie polaczonych kwiatków, przypinana za zatrzask z prawej strony, z lewej strony przyszyta na stale, przebiegajaca przez czolo dziewczynki. Z tylu na wysokosci karku, welon polaczo- ny zaszewkami i ozdobiony kokardka. Welon komunijny wykonany z satyny. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. The purpose of the solution based on the industrial design is to introduce to the market an original Communion headgear for girls, characterized by a unique cut and arrangement of decorative elements in the form of a bow, ruffles, and a decorative ribbon in the shape of interconnected flowers. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the headgear from the front, Fig. 2 from the back, Fig. 3 from the left side, and Fig. 4 from the right side. The veil falls freely over the shoulders. The veil is white. The headdress is based on a stiffening headband. The veil material wraps around the headband so that the headband is invisible. The top of the veil is decorated with a ribbon in the shape of interlocking flowers. The ribbon runs along both sides of the veil's edge to its end. At forehead level, an additional ribbon in the shape of interlocking flowers is attached with a snap on the right side, and permanently sewn on the left side, running across the girl's forehead. At the back, at the level of the neck, the veil is connected with darts and decorated with a bow. The communion veil is made of satin. Significant features of the industrial design: 1. The communion veil rests on the stiffening headband so that the headband is invisible. 2. The veil falls on the shoulders. 3. The veil is white. 4. The sides and top of the veil are trimmed with a ribbon in the shape of connected flowers. 5. An additional ribbon in the shape of flowers runs through the center of the forehead, fastened with a snap on the right side and permanently sewn on the left. 6. The back of the veil is joined with pleats and decorated with a bow. 7.
