According to the design, the cap is characterized by an original cut, a specific shape, and a unique arrangement of decorative elements. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, which show: - variant no. 1 - fig. 3A shows a cap in the shape of a rabbit's head from the front; fig. 3B shows a cap in the shape of a rabbit's head from the side. - variant no. 2 - fig. 3C shows a cap in the shape of a rabbit's head from the front; fig. 3D shows a cap in the shape of a rabbit's head from the side. - variant no. 3 - fig. 3E shows a cap in the shape of a rabbit's head from the front; fig. 3F shows a cap in the shape of a rabbit's head from the side. Essential Features of the Industrial Design 1. The cap of the indicated industrial design for variants Nos. 1, 2, and 3 is characterized by its shape of an animal's head. Large ears are positioned side by side at the top of the canopy, and a tail is located at the back of the canopy. The canopy forms an inseparable, cohesive structure with semicircular earflaps located on both sides of the cap. The front of the cap's ears feature fleece patches imitating the inside of an ear. The canopy, ears, tail, and pompoms are made of artificial fur; the cap is lined with fleece on the inside, as shown in Fig. 3A and Fig. 3B, Fig. 3C and Fig. 3D, as well as Fig. 3E and Fig. 3F. 2. The cap according to the first feature for variant No. 1 is characterized by its shape of a rabbit's head. At the back of the hat, there is a fringed fleece tail suspended from a fleece ribbon. The ears are positioned side by side, atop the hat. The ears are long, erect, and pointed. The front inner part of the ears, as well as the bow, is made of fleece, which is a different color and type than the rest of the hat. On the front left side, below the left ear, there is a fleece bow, which is not fringed. Additionally, the hat has two fleece ribbons on each ear flap, each with a single pompom at the end, as shown in Figures 3A and 3B. The hat, according to the first feature for variation no. 2, is characterized by its rabbit-shaped head. At the back of the hat, there is a tail made of faux fur in the shape of a pompom. The ears are located next to each other, atop the hat. The ears are long, erect, and have semi-circular tips. The front inner part of the ears, as well as the bow, is made of fleece, which is a different color and type than the rest of the hat. At the front, on the left side, below the left ear, there is a fleece bow with a fringe.
