Przy kazdym nauszniku znajduja sie po dwa pompony zawieszone na jednym sznurku, przy czym jeden pompon znajduje sie w polowie sznurka a drugi na jego koncu. Uszy czapki w ich przedniej czesci posiadaja wykonane z polaru naszywki imitujace wnetrze ucha. Czasza, uszy i pompony czapki wykonane sa z futra sztucznego, czapka podszywana jest od wewnatrz polarem, jak to pokazano na ilustracji na fig. 8A i fig. 8B. 2. Czapka wg cechy pierwszej, charakteryzuje sie tym, iz ma ksztalt glowy osla. W czesci tylnej czaszy umieszczony jest dlugi ogon, na koncu którego znajduje sie fredzel. Przed fredzlem znajduje sie fredzelkowata kokardka, po bokach czaszy umieszczone sa dlugie, opadajace w dól spiczaste uszy. Uszy w ich przedniej wewnetrznej czesci oraz kokardka na ogonie wykonane sa z polaru, który jest innego koloru i rodzaju niz pozostala czesc czapki. Ogon jest wykonany z polaru, wypchany, pólsztywny. Przez srodek czaszy od czesci czolowej az do tylu, do ogona wlacznie, znajduje sie wstawka z dlugiego wlosa imitujaca grzywe osla, która jest innego rodzaju i koloru futra niz czasza, uszy i pompony czapki jak to pokazano na ilustracji na fig. 8A i fig. 8B. The cap, according to the design, is characterized by an original cut, a specific shape, and a unique arrangement of decorative elements. Essential Features of the Industrial Design 1. The cap of the indicated industrial design is characterized by its shape of an animal's head. Ears are located on the sides of the canopy, and a tail is located at the back of the canopy. The canopy forms an inseparable, cohesive structure with semicircular earflaps located on both sides of the cap. Each earflap has two pom-poms suspended from a single string, with one pom-pom located midway along the string and the other at the end. The front ears of the hat have fleece patches imitating the inside of an ear. The canopy, ears, and pom-poms are made of faux fur, and the inside of the hat is lined with fleece, as shown in Figures 8A and 8B. 2. The hat, according to the first characteristic, is characterized by its shape as a donkey's head. At the back of the canopy is a long tail, with a tassel at the end. In front of the tassel is a tassel-like bow, and on the sides of the canopy are long, downward-sloping, pointed ears.
