The cap according to the design is distinguished by its original cut, characterized by its specific shape and unique arrangement of decorative elements. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 9A shows a cap in the shape of a goat's head from the front, and Fig. 9B shows a cap in the shape of a goat's head from the side. Essential Features of the Industrial Design 1. The cap of the indicated industrial design is characterized by its small shape of an animal's head. On both sides of the cap are pointed ears, pointing upwards. Above the ears are horns. The canopy forms an inseparable and cohesive structure together with the semicircular earflaps located on both sides of the hat. Each earflap is connected by a string; one pompom is located in the middle of each string, and the other pompom is located at the end of the string. The canopy, ears, and pompoms of the hat are made of artificial fur; the inside of the hat is lined with fleece; the front ears of the hat have fleece patches imitating the inside of an ear, as shown in Fig. 9A and Fig. 9B. 2. According to the first feature, the hat is characterized by having a small goat's head shape, with a single straight, protruding horn above each ear, extending backward. The horns are stuffed and stiffened. The back of the canopy features a long hair insert imitating a goat's tail, which is a different type and color of fur than the canopy, ears, and pom-poms of the hat. On the front left side, below the left ear, there's a bow. The front inner part of the ears, as well as the bow and horns, are made of fleece, which is a different color and type than the rest of the hat. In the center of the canopy, in the front, between the ears, there's a long hair insert imitating a goat's mane, which is a different type and color of fur than the canopy, ears, and pom-poms of the hat, as shown in Figures 9A and 9B.
