Czapka wedlug wzoru odznacza sie oryginalnym krojem, charakteryzujacym sie szczególnym ksztaltem i niepowtarzalnym ukladem elementów zdobiacych. Kazdy nausznik polaczony jest sznurkiem, w polowie kazdego sznurka znajduje sie jeden pompon a drugi pompon znajduje sie na koncu sznurka. Czasza, uszy i pompony czapki wykonane sa z futra sztucznego, czapka podszywana jest od wewnatrz polarem, uszy czapki w ich przedniej czesci posiadaja wykonane z polaru naszywki imitujace wnetrze ucha, jak to pokazano na ilustracji na fig. 6A i fig. 6B. 2. Czapka wg cechy pierwszej, charakteryzuje sie tym, iz ma ksztalt glowy myszy, przy czym w czesci tylnej czaszy umiejscowiony jest dlugi ogon zakonczony postrzepionym fredzlem, lekko wypchany, pól sztywny, po bokach czaszy umiejscowione sa duze okragle stojace uszy. W czesci czolowej po lewej stronie, ponizej lewego ucha znajduje sie firedzelkowata kokardka. The cap, according to the design, is characterized by an original cut, a specific shape, and a unique arrangement of decorative elements. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 6A shows a front view of a mouse-shaped cap, and Fig. 6B shows a side view of a mouse-shaped cap. 1. The cap of the indicated industrial design is characterized by its shape of an animal's head. Ears are located on the canopy, while a tail is located at the rear of the canopy. The canopy forms an inseparable, cohesive structure with semicircular earflaps located on both sides of the cap. Each earflap is connected by a string, with one pompom in the middle of each string, and a second pompom at the end of the string. The hat's canopy, ears, and pompoms are made of faux fur. The hat is lined with fleece on the inside. The front ears of the hat have fleece patches imitating the inside of an ear, as shown in Figures 6A and 6B. 2. According to the first characteristic, the hat is characterized by its mouse-shaped head, with a long tail at the back of the canopy, ending in a frayed fringe, slightly stuffed, semi-stiff. Large, round, erect ears are located on the sides of the canopy. On the front, on the left side, below the left ear, there is a frilly bow. The ears in their front inner part as well as the bow and the tail are made of fleece which is of a different color and type than the rest of the hat, as shown in the illustration in fig. 6A and fig. 6B.
