C Z A P K A Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest czapka do ochrony przed zimnem. Istota wzoru jest nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac czapki, charakteryzujaca sie oryginalnym ksztaltem i ukladem elementów zdobniczych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie pokazano na fig. 1- czapke w ksztalcie glowy osiolka w widoku z przodu, fig. 2- czapke w ksztalcie glowy osiolka w widoku z boku, oraz na ilustracji, gdzie przedstawiono na fig. 3 czapke w ksztalcie glowy osiolka w widoku z przodu, fig. 4- czapke w ksztalcie glowy osiolka w widoku z boku. 1. Czapka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt glowy zwierzecia, przy czym zawiera czasze, na której umieszczone uszy, zas w tylnej czesci czaszy umiejscowiony jest ogon. Czasza tworzy jednolita nierozerwalna strukture ze znajdujacymi sie po obu stronach czapki nausznikami w pólkolistym ksztalcie, a kazdy wierzcholek nausznika polaczony jest z kawalkiem sznurka, na koncu którego umieszczony jest fredzel. Czasza, uszy, ogon i fredzle czapki wykonane sa z materialu przypominajacego siersc zwierzecia, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do fig. 2 oraz ilustracji fig. 3 do fig. 4. Czapka, wedlug cechy pierwszej ma ksztalt glowy osiolka, przy czym w czesci tylnej czaszy umieszczony jest dlugi ogon, na koncu, którego umieszczony jest fredzel, przy czym przed fredzlem umocowana jest kokarda, zas po bokach czaszy umieszczone sa dlugie, klapniete, zaokraglone uszy, przy czym koniec ogona ma inne umaszczenie od pozostalej czesci, zas od strony plata czolowego umieszczona jest kokardka, jak to pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz ilustracji fig. 3 i fig 4. The essence of the design is a new, unique form of the cap, characterized by an original shape and arrangement of decorative elements. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a cap in the shape of a donkey's head from the front, Fig. 2 shows a cap in the shape of a donkey's head from the side, and in the illustration, where Fig. 3 shows a cap in the shape of a donkey's head from the front, Fig. 4 shows a cap in the shape of a donkey's head from the side. 1. The cap according to the industrial design is characterized by having the shape of an animal's head, including a bowl with ears on it, and a tail located at the rear of the bowl. The canopy forms a single, inseparable structure with semicircular earflaps on both sides of the hat, and each earflap tip is connected to a piece of string with a tassel at the end.
