CZAPKA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest czapka do ochrony przed zimnem. Istote wzoru jest nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac czapki, charakteryzujaca sie oryginalnym ksztaltem i ukladem elementów zdobniczych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie pokazano na fig. 1 - czapke w ksztalcie glowy króliczka w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 czapke w ksztalcie glowy króliczka w widoku z boku, oraz ilustracji, gdzie na fig. 3 - przedstawiono czapke w ksztalcie glowy króliczka w widoku z przodu, fig. 4- czapke w ksztalcie glowy króliczka w widoku z boku. Czasza tworzy jednolita nierozerwalna strukture ze znajdujacymi sie po obu stronach czapki nausznikami w pólkolistym ksztalcie, a kazdy wierzcholek nausznika polaczony jest z kawalkiem sznurka, na koncu którego umieszczony jest fredzel. Czasza, uszy, ogon i fredzle czapki wykonane sa z materialu przypominajacego siersc zwierzecia, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do fig. 2 oraz ilustracji fig. 3 do fig. 4. 2 Czapka, wedlug cechy pierwszej charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt glowy króliczka, przy czym w czesci tylnej czaszy umieszczony jest krótki ogon, zas od2 czesci centralnej ku zewnetrznej czaszy umieszczone sa dlugie, sterczace, zaokraglone uszy, przy czym od strony plata czolowego umieszczona jest kokardka, jak to pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz ilustracji fig.3 i fig.4. The essence of the design is a new, unique form of the hat, characterized by an original shape and arrangement of decorative elements. The design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a front view of the bunny head hat; Fig. 2 shows a side view of the bunny head hat; and in the illustration, where Fig. 3 shows a front view of the bunny head hat; Fig. 4 shows a side view of the bunny head hat. Essential Features of an Industrial Design 1. An industrial design hat is characterized by having the shape of an animal's head, with a bowl containing ears and a tail located at the rear of the bowl. The bowl forms a single, inseparable structure with semicircular ear flaps located on both sides of the hat, and each ear flap tip is connected to a piece of string with a tassel at the end. The cap's head, ears, tail and fringes are made of a material resembling animal hair, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 to Fig. 2 and illustrations Fig. 3 to Fig. 4. 2. The cap, according to the first feature, is characterized by the fact that it has the shape of a rabbit's head, with a short tail placed in the rear part of the cap, and from the central part towards the outer part of the cap there are long, protruding, rounded ears, and a bow is placed on the side of the frontal lobe, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and illustrations Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
