Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest czapka do ochrony glowy przed zimnem, stanowiaca jednoczesnie ozdobny element ubioru. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac czapki obejmuje jej ksztalt, krój, uklad elementów zdobiacych i material. Czapka ma czasze w postaci toczka, po obu stronach toczka usytuowane sa nauszniki, polaczone z pobocznica toczka. Nauszniki moga stanowic integralna czesc toczka lub moga byc z nim polaczone. Do nauszników zamocowane sa sznury, na kazdym sznurze usytuowane sa dwa przestrzenne pompony, oddzielone od siebie. Sznury moga byc obszyte. Jeden pompon usytuowany jest w srodkowej czesci sznura zas drugi - na koncu sznura. Odcinki sznura pomiedzy nausznikami a srodkowym pomponem oraz pomiedzy srodkowym pomponem a dolnym pomponem - sa widoczne. Czapka wykonana jest ze sztucznego futra lub z futra i jest od wewnatrz wykonczona podszewka. The cap's new and unique design encompasses its shape, cut, arrangement of decorative elements, and material. The cap according to the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which the individual figures depict: Fig. 1 - the cap viewed from the front, in perspective; Fig. 2 - the cap viewed from the back, in perspective; Fig. 3 - the cap viewed from the side; Fig. 4 - the cap viewed from the front; Fig. 5 - the cap viewed from the front with the side cords extended; Fig. 6 - the cap viewed from the side with the side cords extended; Fig. 7 - the cap viewed from the side. The hat has a bowl-shaped cap, with earflaps on either side connected to the side of the hat. The earflaps can be an integral part of the hat or can be attached to it. Cords are attached to the earflaps, and each cord has two three-dimensional, separate pom-poms. The cords can be hemmed. One pom-pom is located in the center of the cord, and the other at the end of the cord. The cord sections between the earflaps and the central pom-pom, and between the central pom-pom and the lower pom-pom, are visible. The hat is made of faux fur or fur and is lined on the inside.
