Pojazd dzieciecy, wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowymi walorami wizualnymi, oraz oryginalnym i indywidualnym ksztaltem. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, budowe, ksztalt, forme, oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Pojazd dzieciecy, wedlug wzoru, moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslni- czy z metalu, drewna, tworzyw sztucznych, gumy naturalnej lub sztucznej. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 przedsta- wia pojazd dzieciecy w widoku od frontu, natomiast Fig. 2 uwidacznia pojazd dzieciecy w widoku z boku, zas fig. 3 prezentuje pojazd dzieciecy w widoku od tylu. Pojazd dzieciecy ma postac bryly przestrzennej wielosciennej posadowionej na trzech kolach. Korpus bryly pojazdu wyposazony jest w elementy stylizujace podwozie oraz nadwozie pojazdu. Podwozie pojazdu imituja umiejscowione po bokach bryly pojazdu przetloczenia przedstawiaja- ce zabudowe ramy pojazdu z silnikiem. Z boku pojazdu usytuowane sa podesty. Z przodu pojazdu przymocowany jest widelec z osadzonym w nim przednim kolem, polaczony z kierownica. W niecce widelca umieszczony jest blotnik. Kola maja opony o kolpakach stylizujacych ozdobne felgi. Kolpaki wykonane sa z materialu odbijajacego swiatlo. Kazdy kolpak ozdabia wzór rozmieszczonych promie- niscie od okraglej wypuklosci szprych. Przednie kolo jest tozsame w wygladzie z kolami tylnymi. Przód pojazdu zdobi znajdujaca sie nad blotnikiem oslona z reflektorem z umieszczona nad nim przyciemniona szybka. Oslona ma ozdobne przetloczenia i motywy graficzne. Powierzchnia reflektora licuje z powierzchnia oslony, przy czym pod reflektorem znajduja sie czworokatne wkleslosci imitujace wloty powietrza. Do widelca przymocowana jest kierownica. Kierownica jest zaopatrzona po obu stronach w re- kojesci, zas posrodku w licznik predkosci. Po bokach rozmieszczone sa lusterka wsteczne. Nadwozie pojazdu wyposazone jest w imitacje baku paliwa z korkiem wlewu wykonanym z ma- terialu odbijajacego swiatlo i w wyprofilowane siedzisko. Po bokach siedziska umieszczone sa stylizo- wane reflektory. Tyl pojazdu wyposazony jest w pare kól, stylizowany bagaznik z ozdobnymi motywami graficz- nymi, do którego przymocowane jest swiatlo „stop". Nad kolami usytuowane sa blotniki, takze z ozdobnymi motywami graficznymi. The essence of the design is the new and individual character of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, structure, shape, form, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The children's vehicle, according to the design, can be manufactured industrially or by hand from metal, wood, plastics, natural or artificial rubber. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the children's vehicle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the children's vehicle from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the children's vehicle from the back. Significant features of an industrial design: Significant features of an industrial design include the fact that the children's vehicle resembles a motorcycle. The children's vehicle is a three-dimensional polyhedral solid resting on three wheels. The body of the vehicle is equipped with elements styling the chassis and bodywork. The chassis is imitated by embossings located on the sides of the vehicle, representing the vehicle's frame and engine. Platforms are located on the sides of the vehicle. A fork with an embedded front wheel is attached to the front, connected to the handlebars. A mudguard is located in the fork well. The wheels have tires with hubcaps styling decorative rims. The hubcaps are made of a reflective material. Each hubcap is decorated with a pattern of spokes arranged radially from a circular convexity. The front wheel is identical in appearance to the rear wheels. The front of the vehicle is adorned with a cover above the fender, housing a reflector with a tinted glass above it. The cover features decorative embossing and graphic motifs. The reflector surface is flush with the cover, with quadrangular concavities imitating air intakes located beneath the reflector. The handlebar is attached to the fork. The handlebars are equipped with grips on both sides and a speedometer in the center. Rearview mirrors are positioned on the sides. The vehicle body is equipped with a simulated fuel tank with a filler cap made of reflective material and a contoured seat. Stylized reflectors are positioned on the sides of the seat. The rear of the vehicle is equipped with a pair of wheels, a stylized trunk with decorative graphic motifs, to which a stop light is attached. Above the wheels there are fenders, also with decorative graphic motifs.
