Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, budowe, ksztalt, forme, oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Pojazd dzieciecy, wedlug wzoru, moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z metalu, drewna, tworzyw sztucznych, gumy naturalnej lub sztucznej. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia pojazd dzieciecy w widoku od frontu, natomiast Fig. 2 uwidacznia pojazd dzieciecy w widoku z boku, zas Fig. 3 prezentuje pojazd dzieciecy w widoku od tylu. Pojazd dzieciecy ma postac bryly przestrzennej wielosciennej posadowionej na czterech kolach. Pojazd wyposazony jest w elementy stylizujace podwozie oraz nadwozie pojazdu. Nadwozie pojazdu ma smukla linie boczna, utworzona lukowo wyprofilowanymi wypuklosciami i kraglosciami. Powierzchnie boczna pojazdu zdobia liniowe wkleslosci oraz klamka i wstawka wykonana z materialu odbijajacego swiatlo. W dolnej czesci linii bocznej nadwozia utworzone sa pólokragle wneki w których osadzone sa blotniki i kola. Kola maja opony o wkleslych kolpakach stylizujacych ozdobne felgi z tarczami hamulcowymi. Kolpaki wykonane sa z materialu odbijajacego swiatlo, z usytuowanymi posrodku okraglymi wypuklosciami wykonanymi z matowego materialu. Kazdy kolpak ozdabia wzór rozmieszczonych promieniscie od okraglej wypuklosci szprych, z usytuowanymi po obwodzie felgi czworokatnymi otworami. Przód pojazdu wyposazony jest w maske z podluznymi wypuklymi zdobieniami oraz w atrape wlotu chlodnicy. Atrapa wlotu chlodnicy czolowej ma nieregularny zarys, przypominajacy owal i powierzchnie z poprzecznie rozmieszczonymi liniowymi szczelinami. Atrapa jest wykonana z materialu odbijajacego swiatlo. Pod atrapa usytuowany jest zderzak z ozdobnymi przetloczeniami, na którym znajduje sie motyw graficzny imitujacy tablice rejestracja. Ponizej tablicy rejestracyjnej, w zderzaku znajduje sie owalna wkleslosc z perforacja, po jej bokach usytuowane sa wklesle zdobienia, stanowiace spojler przedni pojazdu. Po bokach atrapy wlotu chlodnicy umieszczone sa reflektory. Reflektory licuja z powierzchnia maski pojazdu. Maska pojazdu ma ozdobne wzdluzne wypuklosci i zdobi ja rozmieszczony posrodku okragly motyw graficzny. Do maski pojazdu przytwierdzona jest osadzona w ramie szyba. Do ramy przymocowane sa lusterka wsteczne pojazdu. W bryle nadwozia pojazdu znajduje sie wneka stylizowana na wnetrze samochodu, w której osadzone sa fotele i kierownica pojazdu. Fotele wyposazone sa w zaglówki, natomiast kierownica umieszczona jest w imitacji deski rozdzielczej. Kierownice oraz deske rozdzielcza zdobia motywy graficzne. Tyl pojazdu wyposazony jest w imitacje palaków przeciwkapotazowych, nadto tyl pojazdu wyposazony jest w atrape klapy bagaznika. W klapie bagaznika znajduje sie stylizowana ramka w której jest osadzone swiatlo „stop". Pod klapa usytuowany jest zderzak z ozdobnymi przetloczeniami, na którym znajduje sie motyw graficzny stylizujacy tablice rejestracja oraz umieszczony nad nia, rozmieszczony posrodku okragly motyw graficzny. Po bokach, w zderzaku sa osadzone okragle, rozmieszczone parami imitacje rur wydechowych. Natomiast, po obu stronach klapy bagaznika umieszczone sa reflektory. According to the design, the children's vehicle is distinguished by new visual qualities and an original and individual shape. The essence of the design is the product's new and individual character, given to it by the features of lines, contours, structure, shape, form, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The children's vehicle, according to the design, can be manufactured industrially or by hand from metal, wood, plastics, natural or artificial rubber. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the children's vehicle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the children's vehicle from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the children's vehicle from the back. Significant features of the industrial design include the fact that the children's vehicle resembles a convertible car. The children's vehicle is a three-dimensional polyhedral solid resting on four wheels. The vehicle is equipped with styling elements for the chassis and body. The vehicle's body has a slim side line, formed by arc-shaped convexities and curves. The side surface of the vehicle is decorated with linear concavities, as well as a door handle and an insert made of a reflective material. The lower part of the side line of the body features semicircular recesses in which the fenders and wheels are mounted. The wheels have tires with concave hubcaps that resemble decorative rims with brake discs. The wheel covers are made of a reflective material, with central circular protrusions made of a matte material. Each wheel cover is decorated with a pattern of spokes radiating from the circular protrusion, with quadrangular holes around the rim's circumference. The front of the vehicle features a hood with elongated, convex decorations and a radiator grille. The front grille has an irregular shape, resembling an oval, and a surface with transversely arranged linear slots. The grille is made of a reflective material. Below the grille is a bumper with decorative embossing, featuring a graphic motif imitating a license plate. Below the license plate, the bumper features an oval, perforated recess, flanked by concave decorations that form the vehicle's front spoiler. The headlights are positioned on either side of the radiator grille. The headlights are flush with the hood. The hood features decorative longitudinal ridges and a central circular graphic motif. A framed windshield is attached to the hood. The vehicle's rearview mirrors are attached to the frame. The bodywork features a recess styled after the car's interior, housing the seats and steering wheel. The seats are equipped with headrests, while the steering wheel is set in a faux dashboard. The steering wheels and dashboard are adorned with graphic motifs. The rear of the vehicle is equipped with faux roll-over bars, and the rear of the vehicle also features a faux trunk lid. The trunk lid features a stylized frame in which the brake light is embedded. Under the lid, there is a bumper with decorative embossing, which features a graphic motif stylizing the license plate and a circular graphic motif placed above it, placed in the center. On the sides, the bumper features circular, paired imitation exhaust pipes. On both sides of the trunk lid, there are headlights.
