The frame may be filled with filling material and may be made of various materials and synthetic materials. The new and original nature of the industrial design manifests itself in giving the product a distinctive shape, lines, and contours. The frame of mattresses and furniture seats, as designed in the industrial design, is shaped in such a way that the inner sides of the frame sides—the beams—are cutouts, creating projections and notches, running the full height of the sides. The cutouts are based on a triangle and extend to approximately half to one-third of the width of the frame sides. The cutouts run along all sides of the frame, on their inner sides, in a regular pattern and are identical along their entire length. The cutouts are made so that the shapes of the resulting projections and notches are similar. The frame according to the industrial design is presented in three variants in the illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 shows a frame with wavy triangular cutouts, with rounded tops, in a side perspective view, Fig. 1a shows a frame with wavy triangular cutouts, with rounded tops, in a top view, Fig. 2 shows the first variant of the frame with cutouts, in a side perspective view, Fig. 2a shows the first variant of the frame with cutouts, in a top view, Fig. 3 shows the second variant of the frame with cutouts, in a side perspective view, Fig. 3a shows the second variant of the frame with cutouts, in a top view. The industrial design, apart from the version with wavy triangular cutouts with rounded tops, made in such a way that the triangular projection has its base turned towards the inside of the beam forming the frame and its top towards the outside of this beam, has two varieties: - the first variety, in which the cutouts have the shape of triangles with sharp tops, made in such a way that the triangular projection has its base turned towards the inside of the beam forming the frame and its top towards the outside of this beam; - the second variety, in which the cutouts are in the shape of triangles with a truncated top, made so that the protrusion constituting the triangle has its base facing the inside of the beam forming the frame and its top facing the outside of that beam.
