Istot e wzoru stanowi nowa, posiadaj aca indywidualny charakter posta c wytworu, nadaj aca si e do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa posta c opakowania, zgodnie z rozwi azaniem przejawia si e w kszta lcie, uk ladzie linii, kolorystyce, kompozycji, w zdobieniu powierzchni i rozmieszczeniu elemen- tów graficznych. Opakowanie da n typu fast food, zgodnie ze wzorem przemys lowym mo ze by c wytwarzane w sposób przemys lowy lub rzemie slniczy z papieru lub/i tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego zosta l zaprezentowany na za laczonych fotografiach, na któ- rych fig. 1 - prezentuje opakowanie w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 oraz fig. 3 - uwidaczniaj a opa- kowanie w widoku z boku, natomiast fig. 4 - przedstawia denko opakowania. Boczne scianki opakowania s a rozchylone ku górze. Jedna para scianek rozmieszczonych naprzeciw siebie jest zakryta klapkami, w postaci zachodz acych na siebie trójk atów. Jedna z klapek ma owalny otwór, w którym jest osadzony wypust drugiej klapki. Para scianek nie zakryta klapkami ma zdobienie w postaci motywu s lowno-graficznego stanowi acego logo oraz stylizowanych napisów roz- mieszczonych w oddzielnych wierszach. Wieczko opakowania jest wypuk le i zaopatrzone po srodku w uchwyt. Wieczko wraz z uchwy- tem tworz a dwie po laczone ze sob a scianki. Jedna z scianek wieczka ma szczelin e, w której jest osa- dzony j ezyczek drugiej scianki. Powierzchni e wieczka oraz uchwytu zdobi wzór to zsamy ze wzorem na sciankach opakowania. Denko opakowania ma kwadratowy zarys. Jego powierzchnia jest pokryta wzorem. The essence of the design is a new, unique form of the product, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of the packaging, according to the solution, manifests itself in the shape, line layout, colors, composition, surface decoration, and arrangement of graphic elements. According to the industrial design, fast food packaging may be manufactured industrially or by hand from paper and/or plastics. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the packaging in a perspective view, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 show the packaging in a side view, and Fig. 4 shows the bottom of the packaging. Essential Features of an Industrial Design The essential features of an industrial design include that the packaging has the form of a solid in the shape of an inverted pyramid, truncated by a plane parallel to the base, with a square cross-section. The side walls of the packaging flare upward. One pair of opposite walls is covered with flaps in the form of overlapping triangles. One flap has an oval opening, in which the protrusion of the other flap is embedded. The pair of walls not covered by the flaps is decorated with a word-graphic motif constituting a logo and stylized inscriptions arranged in separate lines. The lid of the packaging is convex and equipped with a handle in the center. The lid and the handle form two interconnected walls. One of the lid walls has a slot in which the tongue of the other wall is embedded. The surface of the lid and handle are decorated with a pattern identical to the pattern on the walls of the packaging. The bottom of the packaging has a square outline. Its surface is covered with a pattern.
