Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest skrzydlo drzwi wewnatrzlokalowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni i konturów. Skrzydlo drzwi moze byc wykonywane z róznych materialów oraz w dowolnych kolorach. Skrzydlo drzwi w pierwszej odmianie zobrazowane zostalo na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 1a przedstawiajacym skrzydlo w widoku ogólnym. Skrzydlo drzwi posiada plyty o róznej szerokosci, pomiedzy którymi jest wstawiony, na calej dlugosci skrzydla drzwi, pas szkla posiadajacy naniesione obustronnie nieregularne paski. Pas usytuowany jest w pionie, równolegle do dluzszego boku skrzydla i umieszczony w przyblizeniu tak, ze miejsce obsadzenia zamka jest w przyblizeniu jednakowo odlegle od brzegu skrzydla i od krawedzi szkla. Skrzydlo drzwi w drugiej odmianie zobrazowane zostalo na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 2 i fig. 2a. Skrzydlo drzwi posiada dwie plyty, pomiedzy którymi jest wstawka w postaci tafli szklanej, usytuowana w pionie, równolegle do dluzszego boku skrzydla, umieszczona symetrycznie posrodku skrzydla drzwi, przy czym szerokosc wstawki jest mniejsza od szerokosci pasów bocznych plyty. Na szklanej tafli sa dwustronnie naniesione nieregularne paski. Skrzydlo drzwi w trzeciej odmianie zobrazowane zostalo na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 3 i fig. 3a, przedstawiajacy drzwi widoku ogólnym. Skrzydlo drzwi posiada dwie plyty, pomiedzy którymi jest wstawka w postaci tafli szklanej, usytuowana w pionie, równolegle do dluzszego boku skrzydla, umieszczona symetrycznie posrodku skrzydla drzwi, przy czym szerokosc wstawki jest wieksza od szerokosci pasów bocznych plyty. Na szklanej tafli sa dwustronnie naniesione nieregularne paski. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product manifested in the shape, arrangement of surfaces and contours. The door leaf can be made of various materials and in any colours. The door leaf in the first version is illustrated in the attached drawings fig. 1 and fig. 1a showing the leaf in a general view. The door leaf has panels of different widths, between which a strip of glass is inserted along the entire length of the door leaf, having irregular stripes applied on both sides. The strip is positioned vertically, parallel to the longer side of the leaf and placed approximately so that the place where the lock is mounted is approximately equally distant from the edge of the leaf and from the edge of the glass. The door leaf in the second version is shown in the attached drawings fig. 2 and fig. 2a. The door leaf has two panels, between which there is an insert in the form of a glass pane, situated vertically, parallel to the longer side of the door leaf, placed symmetrically in the middle of the door leaf, wherein the width of the insert is smaller than the width of the side strips of the panel. The glass pane has irregular stripes applied on both sides. The door leaf in the third version is shown in the attached drawings fig. 3 and fig. 3a, showing the door in general view. The door leaf has two panels, between which there is an insert in the form of a glass pane, situated vertically, parallel to the longer side of the door leaf, placed symmetrically in the middle of the door leaf, wherein the width of the insert is greater than the width of the side strips of the panel.
