Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni, linii i konturów. Drzwi moga byc wykonywane z róznych materialów oraz w dowolnych kolorach. Wzór przemyslowy pokazano na rysunku Fig. 1, która przedstawia drzwi w widoku ogólnym. Zewnetrzne krawedzie drzwi stanowi rama. Na obu stronach otoczonej rama czesci wewnetrznej znajduje sie plycina w kolorze takim samym jak rama. Na plycinie znajduje sie wypukla nakladka w postaci prostokata o wielkosci mniejszej niz wielkosc plyciny, w kolorze ramy. Na krawedziach ply- cin, w miejscu ich polaczenia z krawedziami ramy, umieszczone sa listwy o przekroju w ksztalcie trój- kata prostokatnego, w taki sposób, ze przyprostokatne sa styczne odpowiednio do powierzchni plyciny i do krawedzi ramy, a przeciwprostokatna jest skierowana na zewnatrz. Listwy lezace na plycinie nie nakladaja sie ani nie sa styczne do wypuklej nakladki na plycinie. Przyprostokatne listew styczne do krawedzi ramy maja wysokosc wieksza niz glebokosc wybrania. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product manifested in the shape, arrangement of surfaces, lines and contours. The doors can be made of various materials and in any colours. The industrial design is shown in Figure 1, which shows the door in a general view. The outer edges of the door are a frame. On both sides of the internal part surrounded by the frame there is a panel in the same colour as the frame. On the panel there is a convex overlay in the form of a rectangle smaller than the size of the panel, in the colour of the frame. On the edges of the panels, at their connection with the edges of the frame, there are strips with a cross-section in the shape of a right-angled triangle, in such a way that the legs are tangent to the surface of the panel and to the edge of the frame, respectively, and the hypotenuse is directed outwards. The strips lying on the panel do not overlap or are tangent to the convex overlay on the panel. The legs of the strips tangent to the edge of the frame have a height greater than the depth of the recess. The strips are connected at angles at the joints. Fig. 2 shows a longitudinal section of the lower part of the industrial design, on which the strips, the panel and the overlay on the panel are visible.
