Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest skrzydlo drzwi wewnatrzlokalowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni, linii i konturów. Skrzydlo drzwi moze byc wykonywane z róznych materialów oraz w dowolnych kolorach. Wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie pokazano na fotografii Fig. 1, która przedstawia skrzydlo drzwi w widoku ogólnym. W plycie skrzydla drzwi jest wpuszczona obustronnie prostokatna ramka, dzielaca plaszczyzne plyty na czesc zewnetrzna stanowiaca jakby obramowanie i czesc wewnetrzna stanowiaca wypelnienie. Ramka pokazana na Fig. 3.1 w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt nierównoramiennej listwy profilowej, której zaokraglone brzegi wystaja ponad plaszczyzne plyty. Listwa profilowa jest wykonana w kolorze plyty skrzydla. Wzór przemyslowy w drugiej odmianie jest pokazany na fotografii Fig. 2, która przedstawia skrzydlo drzwi w widoku ogólnym. Skrzydlo drzwi tworzy obramowanie, wewnatrz którego jest tafla szklana. Pomiedzy obramowaniem a tafla szklana jest ramka. Ramka pokazana na Fig. 3.2 w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt nierównoramiennej listwy profilowej, której zaokraglony brzeg zewnetrzny wystaje ponad plaszczyzne plyty, natomiast brzeg wewnetrzny wystaje ponad plaszczyzne tafli szklanej. Listwa profilowa jest wykonana w kolorze plyty skrzydla. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product, manifested in its shape, arrangement of surfaces, lines, and contours. The door leaf can be made of various materials and in any color. The first version of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 1, which shows a general view of the door leaf. A rectangular frame is recessed into the door leaf panel on both sides, dividing the panel surface into an outer part, acting as a frame, and an inner part, acting as a filler. The frame shown in Fig. 3.1, in cross-section, has the shape of a non-equal-sided profile strip, whose rounded edges protrude above the panel surface. The profile strip is made in the color of the door leaf panel. The industrial design in its second form is shown in Fig. 2, which shows a general view of a door leaf. The door leaf forms a frame, within which is a glass pane. A frame is placed between the frame and the glass pane. The frame shown in Fig. 3.2, in cross-section, has the shape of a non-equal-sided profile strip, the rounded outer edge of which protrudes above the plane of the panel, while the inner edge protrudes above the plane of the glass pane. The profile strip is made in the color of the door leaf panel.
