Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest skrzydlo drzwi wewnatrzlokalowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni, linii i konturów. Skrzydlo drzwi moze byc wykonywane z róznych materialów oraz w dowolnych kolorach. Wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie pokazano na fotografii Fig. 1, która przedstawia skrzydlo drzwi w widoku ogólnym. W plycie skrzydla drzwi sa wpuszczone obustronnie cztery ramki tworzace cztery prostokaty, usytuowane symetrycznie wzgledem krawedzi skrzydla drzwi tak, ze tworza jakby zewnetrzne obramowanie skrzydla drzwi, przy czym dwa prostokaty usytuowane sa dluzszymi osiami symetrii w poziomie i w poblizu górnej i dolnej krawedzi skrzydla, natomiast dwa prostokaty sa rozmieszczone dluzszymi osiami w pionie, w srodkowej czesci skrzydla. Ramki pokazane w przekroju na Fig. 4.1, utworzone sa z nierównoramiennej listwy profilowej, której zaokraglone brzegi wystaja ponad plaszczyzne plyty. Ramki sa wykonane w kolorze plyty skrzydla. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product, manifested in its shape, arrangement of surfaces, lines, and contours. The door leaf can be made of various materials and in any color. The first version of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 1, which shows the door leaf in a general view. The door leaf panel contains four frames on both sides, forming four rectangles, arranged symmetrically relative to the edge of the door leaf, so that they form an external frame for the door leaf. Two of the rectangles are positioned with their longer axes horizontally and near the top and bottom edges of the leaf, while two rectangles are positioned with their longer axes vertically, in the center of the leaf. The frames, shown in cross-section in Fig. 4.1, are made of a non-uniform profile strip, the rounded edges of which protrude above the panel surface. The frames are made in the same color as the door leaf panel. The second version of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 2, which shows a general view of the door leaf. Four frames, forming four rectangles, are embedded in the door leaf panel on both sides, arranged symmetrically with respect to the door leaf edge, creating a sort of external door leaf frame. Two of the rectangles are positioned with their longer axes horizontally and at the lower and upper edges of the door leaf, while two rectangles are positioned in the central part of the door leaf, with their longer axes vertically. The interior of the upper rectangle is filled with a glass pane. The frames shown in cross-section in Fig. 4.2 are shaped like a non-uniform profile strip, the rounded edges of which protrude above the surface of the panel. In the upper frame, the inner edges of the frame protrude above the glass pane. The frames are made in the color of the door leaf panel. The industrial design in its third variation is shown in Fig. 3, which shows a general view of the door leaf. Four frames are recessed into the door leaf panel on both sides, forming four rectangles, arranged symmetrically relative to the edge of the door leaf so that they form an external frame for the door leaf. Two of the rectangles are positioned with their longer axes horizontally and at the lower and upper edges of the door leaf, while the other two rectangles are arranged in the central part of the door leaf, with their longer axes vertically. The interior of the upper rectangle and the two middle rectangles is filled with a glass pane. The frames shown in Fig. 4.2 in cross-section have the shape of a non-equal-sided profile strip, the rounded edges of which protrude above the plane of the panel, while in the upper rectangle and the middle rectangles, the inner edges of the frame protrude above the surface of the glass pane. The frames are made in the color of the door leaf panel. Significant features The essential features of the interior door leaf according to the industrial design are that the door leaf panel has four frames embedded on both sides, forming four rectangles, located symmetrically in relation to the edge of the door leaf, so that they form an external frame of the door leaf, where two rectangles are located with their longer axes of symmetry horizontally and at the lower and upper edges of the door leaf, while the other two rectangles are located in the middle of the door leaf, with their longer axes vertically, where the interior of the rectangles is filled with a glass panel or sheet, and the frames in cross-section have the shape of a non-uniform profile strip, the rounded edges of which protrude above the surface of the panel or above the surface of the glass panel.
