Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest skrzydlo drzwi wewnatrzlokalowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukla- dzie powierzchni, linii i konturów. Skrzydlo drzwi moze byc wykonywane z róznych materialów oraz w dowolnych kolorach. Odmiany wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 oraz fig. 4. Skrzydlo drzwi w pierwszej odmianie zobrazowane zostalo na zdjeciu fig. 1 w widoku ogólnym. W tej odmianie powierzchnia pomiedzy rama, wypelniona jest panelami ulozonymi poziomo oraz prze- kladkami. Panele o grubosci równej w przyblizeniu grubosci elementów ramy wykonane sa w kolorze ramy. Dwa skrajne panele przylegaja do poziomych elementów ramy. Na obu powierzchniach kazde- go panelu sa dwie nakladki w postaci listew w kolorze srebrnym, usytuowane poziomo i symetrycznie wzgledem osi panelu. Pomiedzy panelami sa przekladki drewnopodobne - nazwane dalej plycinami - o grubosci mniejszej niz grubosc ramy i o szerokosci mniejszej co najmniej trzykrotnie od szerokosci paneli. Plyciny sa w kolorze paneli i ramy. Skrzydlo drzwi w drugiej odmianie zobrazowane zostalo na zdjeciu fig. 2. Wedlug drugiej od- miany powierzchnia pomiedzy rama, wypelniona jest panelami, ulozonymi poziomo oraz wkladkami ulozonymi przemiennie z panelami. Panele, o grubosci równej w przyblizeniu grubosci elementów ramy, sa w kolorze ramy. Na obu powierzchniach kazdego panelu sa dwie nakladki w postaci listew w kolorze srebrnym, usytuowane poziomo i symetrycznie wzgledem osi panelu. Dwa skrajne panele przylegaja do poziomych elementów ramy. Wkladki maja szerokosc co najmniej trzykrotnie mniejsza niz szerokosc paneli. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product manifested in the shape, arrangement of surfaces, lines and contours. The door leaf can be made of various materials and in any colours. Design variants are shown in drawings fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4. The door leaf in the first variant is shown in photo fig. 1 in a general view. In this variant, the surface between the frame is filled with horizontally arranged panels and spacers. Panels with a thickness approximately equal to the thickness of the frame elements are made in the colour of the frame. The two outermost panels adjoin the horizontal frame elements. On both surfaces of each panel there are two overlays in the form of silver strips, situated horizontally and symmetrically with respect to the axis of the panel. Between the panels there are wood-like spacers - hereinafter referred to as panels - with a thickness smaller than the thickness of the frame and a width smaller than at least three times the width of the panels. The panels are in the color of the panels and frame. The door leaf in the second version is shown in photo fig. 2. According to the second version, the surface between the frame is filled with panels, arranged horizontally and inserts arranged alternately with the panels. The panels, with a thickness approximately equal to the thickness of the frame elements, are in the color of the frame. On both surfaces of each panel there are two overlays in the form of silver strips, located horizontally and symmetrically with respect to the axis of the panel. The two outermost panels adjoin the horizontal frame elements. The inserts have a width at least three times smaller than the width of the panels. The three lower inserts are wood-like panels in the color of the frame with a thickness smaller than the thickness of the panels, while the two upper inserts are made of glass. The door leaf in the third version is shown in Fig. 3. According to the third version, the surface between the frame is filled with horizontally arranged panels and spacers. The panels with a thickness approximately equal to the thickness of the frame elements are made in the color of the frame. The two outermost panels adjoin the horizontal frame elements. On both surfaces of each panel there are two overlays in the form of silver strips, placed horizontally and symmetrically in relation to the axis of the panel. Between the panels there are spacers made of glass with a width at least three times smaller than the width of the panels. The door leaf in the fourth version is shown in Figure 4. According to the fourth version, the surface between the frame is filled with two panels and a glass pane. The panels, whose thickness is approximately equal to the thickness of the frame elements, are in the color of the frame and adjoin the horizontal frame elements. On both surfaces of each panel there are two overlays in the form of silver strips, located horizontally and symmetrically with respect to the axis of the panel.
