Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest skrzydlo drzwi wewnatrzlokalowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni, linii i konturów. Skrzydlo drzwi moze byc wykonywane z róznych materialów oraz w dowolnych kolorach. Wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie pokazano na fotografii Fig. 1, która przedstawia skrzydlo drzwi w widoku ogólnym. W plycie skrzydla drzwi sa wpuszczone obustronnie dwie ramki tworzace dwa prostokaty, usytuowane wzgledem krawedzi skrzydla drzwi tak, ze tworza jakby zewnetrzne jego obramowanie, przy czym jeden mniejszy prostokat polozony jest dluzsza osia symetrii w poziomie i w poblizu dolnej krawedzi skrzydla, natomiast drugi, wiekszy prostokat jest umieszczony dluzsza osia w pionie. Ramka w przekroju poprzecznym, pokazana na Fig. 4.1 ma ksztalt nierównoramiennej listwy profilowej, której zaokraglone brzegi wystaja ponad plaszczyzne plyty. Ramki sa wykonane w kolorze plyty skrzydla. Wzór przemyslowy w drugiej odmianie jest pokazany na fotografii Fig. 2, która przedstawia skrzydlo drzwi w widoku ogólnym. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product, manifested in its shape, arrangement of surfaces, lines, and contours. The door leaf can be made of various materials and in any color. The first version of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 1, which shows the door leaf in a general view. Two frames are embedded in the door leaf panel on both sides, forming two rectangles, positioned relative to the edge of the door leaf so as to form its outer frame. One smaller rectangle is positioned with its longer axis of symmetry horizontally and near the lower edge of the door leaf, while the second, larger rectangle is positioned with its longer axis vertically. The cross-section of the frame shown in Fig. 4.1 is shaped like a non-uniform profile strip, with rounded edges protruding above the panel surface. The frames are made in the same color as the door leaf panel. The second version of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 2, which shows a general view of the door leaf. Two frames are recessed into the door leaf panel on both sides, forming two rectangles, positioned relative to the edge of the door leaf so as to form its outer frame. One smaller rectangle is positioned with its longer axis of symmetry horizontally and near the lower edge of the door leaf, while the second, larger rectangle is positioned with its longer axis vertically, with the interior of the rectangle filled with a glass pane. In the rectangle with the glass pane, the inner edges of the frame protrude above the surface of the pane. The frames are made in the color of the door leaf panel. The industrial design in its third variation is shown in Fig. 3, which shows a general view of the door leaf. One smaller, square-like rectangle is located near the lower edge of the door leaf, while the second, larger rectangle is positioned with its longer axis vertically, with the interior of the rectangle filled with the glass pane. The frame shown in Fig. 4.2 in cross-section is shaped like a non-uniform profile strip, the rounded edges of which protrude above the surface of the panel. In the rectangle with the glass pane, the inner edges of the frame protrude above the surface of the pane. The frames are made in the color of the door leaf panel.
