Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem niniejszego zgloszenia jest naroznik tapicerowany w dwóch wersjach: w wersji z jednym boczkiem „Fig." 1A oraz w wersji z dwoma boczkami „Fig." 1B. Obydwa narozniki sa takze przedstawione na zalaczonym rysunku : „Fig." 2A oraz „Fig." 2B. W wersji z jednym boczkiem naroznik posiada boczek z lewej strony, a z prawej jest zakonczony siedziskiem wychodzacym poza boczna krawedz oparcia „Fig." 1A. W wersji z dwoma boczkami naroznik ten posiada dwa identyczne boczki „Fig." 1B. Jest to w zasadzie jedyna róznica konstrukcyjna (wizualna) jaka mozna zauwazyc. Sciana tylna naroznika stanowi zamknieta plaszczyzne. W przypadku naroznika z jednym boczkiem sciana tylna (oparcie) z lewej strony laczy sie z owym boczkiem, a z prawej konczy sie kilkadziesiat centymetrów przed krawedzia koncowa siedziska. Dla naroznika z dwoma boczkami sciana tylna (oparcie) zawiera sie miedzy nimi stanowiac zwarta, jednolita plaszczyzne. Samo oparcie jest odchylone ku tylowi pod odpowiednim katem. Wewnetrzna strona oparcia jest dobrze widoczna na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. Jest ono dzielone na kilka segmentów w zaleznosci od szerokosci siedziska. Najbardziej charakterystyczny jest segment srodkowy oparcia, którego kat „wygiecia" wynosi 90 stopni. Stanowi on takze swego rodzaju lacznik pozostalych segmentów oparcia. Siedzisko naroznika sklada sie z plaskich elementów ulozonych na skrzyni (korpusie) naroznika. W zaleznosci od szerokosci siedzisko moze byc jedno, dwu lub trzyosobowe. Siedzisko narozne (tzw. lacznik rogowy) w swym obrysie jest zblizone do 1/4 kola. Pelni ono takze bardzo wazna funkcje laczaca pozostale elementy korpusu naroznika. Korpus (skrzynia) naroznika jest zbiorem kilku elementów o róznej szerokosci polaczonych ze soba. Podobnie jak siedzisko czy oparcie jest pokryte materialem. Cecha charakterystyczna korpusu sa dwa poziome przeszycia wykonane na calej szerokosci korpusu. Boczki naroznika stanowia bardzo charakterystyczne elementy naroznika. Stanowia one nie tylko elementy konstrukcyjne, ale takze podkreslaja walory estetyczne naroznika. Bryla boczku jest zblizona do kwadratu z przelotowo wykonanym otworem o ksztalcie zblizonym do poziomego prostokata. Górna zewnetrzna krawedz boczku jest wyraznie zaokraglona (zaoblona). Jest to widoczne zarówno na fotografii - „Fig." 1A i 1B oraz rysunku - „Fig." 2A i 2B. Takze cztery wewnetrzne krawedzie otworu zostaly delikatnie zaoblone nadajac mu delikatny nieco eliptyczny ksztalt. Plaszczyzna zewnetrzna boczku ma strukture gladka, bez dodatkowych elementów zdobniczych. Naroznik zostal takze wyposazony w wykonane z tworzywa sztucznego stopki, o przekroju kwadratu w liczbie pieciu sztuk. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe przestrzenne uksztaltowanie naroznika w wersji z jednym lub dwoma boczkami : fotela, przejawiajace sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych oraz funkcjonalnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym : fotografii oraz rysunku zalaczonych do wniosku, przedstawiajacy zglaszany wzór przemyslowy. Do najbardziej charakterystycznych cech prezentowanego mebla, decydujacych o jego oryginalnosci naleza boczki, a w szczególnosci ich ksztalt z charakterystycznym otworem przelotowym, ich proporcje (wysokosc oraz szerokosc) odnoszace sie do mebla jako calosci. Wizualnie sprawiaja one wrazenie jego masywnosci o bardzo nowoczesnej stylistyce. Both corner sofas are also shown in the attached drawings: "Fig." 2A and "Fig." 2B. In the version with one side section, the corner sofa has a side section on the left side, and on the right it is ended with a seat extending beyond the side edge of the backrest "Fig." 1A. In the version with two sides, this corner sofa has two identical side sections "Fig." 1B. This is basically the only structural (visual) difference that can be noticed. The back wall of the corner sofa is a closed plane. In the case of the corner sofa with one side section, the back wall (backrest) on the left side connects with this side section, and on the right it ends several dozen centimeters before the end edge of the seat. For a corner sofa with two sides, the back panel (backrest) is enclosed between them, creating a compact, uniform surface. The backrest itself is tilted back at a specific angle. The inner side of the backrest is clearly visible in the attached illustration. It is divided into several segments depending on the seat width. The most characteristic is the middle segment of the backrest, whose "bend" angle is 90 degrees. It also acts as a connector for the remaining backrest segments. The seat of the corner sofa consists of flat elements arranged on the box (body) of the corner sofa. Depending on the width, the seat can be single, double, or triple. The corner seat (so-called corner connector) is similar in shape to a quarter circle. It also plays a very important role in connecting the remaining elements of the corner sofa body. The body (box) of the corner sofa is a collection of several elements of varying widths connected together. Like the seat and backrest, it is upholstered in fabric. A characteristic feature of the body is two horizontal stitching running the entire width of the body. The sides of the corner sofa are very distinctive elements of the corner sofa. They are not only structural elements but also emphasize the aesthetic value of the corner sofa. The body of the side section is close to a square with a through-hole in the shape of a horizontal rectangle. The upper outer edge of the side section is clearly rounded (rounded). This is visible both in the photographs - "Fig." 1A and 1B and the drawings - "Fig." 2A and 2B. The four inner edges of the opening have also been subtly rounded, giving it a delicate, slightly elliptical shape. The outer surface of the side section has a smooth texture, without additional decorative elements. The corner sofa is also equipped with five square plastic feet. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The essence of the industrial design is the new spatial design of the corner sofa, available with one or two side sections: an armchair, manifested in its shape, line layout, and color scheme, aimed at achieving aesthetic and functional goals. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrative material: a photograph and a drawing attached to the application, representing the submitted industrial design. The most distinctive features of the presented furniture, determining its originality, include the side sections, particularly their shape with a characteristic through-hole, and their proportions (height and width) relating to the furniture as a whole. Visually, they create the impression of a massive, modern design.
