The presented design is shown in the attached photograph "Fig." 1A in the folded version and "Fig." 1B in the unfolded version, and also in the same order in the drawing as "Fig." 2A and "Fig. 2B. The back wall of the sofa bed is a closed plane in its shape similar to a horizontal rectangle. On the left and right side of this plane there are narrow, vertical sides in the shape of vertical rectangles. The backrest of the sofa bed is tilted at a slight angle towards the back. It has three delicate vertical stitching, which is clearly visible in the drawing, "Fig." 2A - in the unfolded version. The backrest is connected to the sofa bed's seat using automatic hinges. Another element of the convertible sofa bed is its seat, which has a slightly smaller surface area than the backrest. It also has three identical vertical stitching. The seat extends beyond the sofa bed's body. The sofa bed's structure is mounted on a box-shaped body, which serves as its load-bearing element. The front surface of the body is visible in the photograph (under the seat) "Fig." 1A. The sofa bed's side panels are the sofa bed's most characteristic elements. They are made in a different upholstery color, clearly contrasting with the color of the backrest, seat, and body. They have a characteristic horizontal opening with slightly rounded inner edges. The side panels are attached to the sofa bed's body, also adhering to the side surfaces of the seat and backrest. The side panels are mounted on square plastic feet. Essential features of the industrial design: The essence of the industrial design is the new spatial configuration of the sofa bed, manifested in its shape, line layout, and color scheme, all designed to achieve aesthetic and functional goals. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrative material: a photograph and a drawing attached to the application, representing the submitted industrial design. The most distinctive features of the presented design, determining its originality, include the side panels, particularly their shape with a characteristic through-hole, and their proportions (height and width) relating to the furniture as a whole. Visually, they create the impression of a massive piece of furniture with a very modern style. Another very important feature of the presented set is its color scheme, meaning the side panels are finished in one (darker) color, while the rest, i.e., the backrest, seat, and upholstery, are in a bright color, clearly contrasting with the side panels.
