Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa i orginalna postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, powierzchni, linii,barwie oraz konstrukcji. Stól wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma okragly blat skla- dajacy sie z listew , przy czym listwa centralna jest szersza od pozostalych. Blat od spodu zawiera dwie dlugie listwy montazowe z których kazda stanowi cieciwe okregu usytuowana pod katem 90° do listew stanowiacych blat stolu. Równolegle do listew montazowych w bliskim sasiedztwie ich koficów i równolegle do nich usytuowane sa cztery krótkie listwy montazowe. Do dlugich listew montazowych zamocowany jest skladany stelaz zawierajacy dwa obrotowo wzgledem siebie mocowane elementy z których kazdy wykonany jest z dwóch rozchylonych i wygietych plaskowników , przy czym kofice nóg zakonczone sa stopkami. Miedzy kazda pare stopek i powyzej nich osadzony jest poprzeczny element konstrukcyjny jak pokazano na fi.l, fig.2, fig.3. Krzeslo zawiera stelaz skladajacy sie z dwóch par elementów nosnych wykonanych z plaskownika i polaczonych ze soba obrotowo. Pierwsza para plaskowników jest znacznie dluzsza, poniewaz w jej górnej czesci osadzone jest oparcie skladajace sie z pieciu pionowo usytuowanych listew zamontowanych do poprzecznie usytuowanych elementów stanowiacych oparcia. Górne kofice pary dluzszych plaskowników polaczone sa ze soba wyprofilowanym lukiem usytuowanym nad koficami pionowych listew oparcia. Wewnatrz profilowanego luku usytuowana jest listwa wykonana z dowolnego materialu, która zawiera namalo- wany lub wyciety napis. Dolne kofice dluzszej pary profilowanychplaskowników zakoficzone sa stopkami, natomiast nieco wyzej usytuo- wany jest poprzeczny wygiety element laczacy profilowane plaskowniki. Dluzsza para plaskowników ma zamocowane metalowe podparcia z usytuo- wanymi na nich elementami stanowiacymi podlokietniki, przy czym ich czolowo profilowane kofice polaczone sa obrotowo ze stelazem siedziska jak pokazano na fig.A, fig.5, fig.6, fig.7, fig.8. Krótsza para profilowanych plaskowników zakonczona jest od dolu stopkami powyzej których zamocowany jest poprzeczny wygiety element laczacy profilowane plaskowniki.Górne kofice krótszej pary profilowa- nych plaskowników polaczone sa poprzeczka.Poprzeczka ta jest usytuowana przesuwnie w prowadnicach siedziska. Do górnych elementów prowadnic zamocowane sa poziomo usytuowane listwy stanowiace siedzisko, jak pokazano na fig.4, fig.5, fig.6, fig.8. PL PLGarden Furniture Set The right to register an ornamental design is valid from November 2, 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is a set of garden furniture comprising a table and a chair. The essence of the ornamental design is a new and original form of the object manifested in its shape, surface, line, color, and construction. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the table from above, Fig. 2 shows the table from a side view, Fig. 3 shows the folded table from the underside of the tabletop, Fig. 4 shows the chair from the back, Fig. 5 shows the chair from the side, Fig. 6 shows the folded chair in an upright position, Fig. 7 shows the design details of the rear backrest and the profiled elements of the side backrests, and Fig. 8 shows the seat attachment to the frame. The table, following the decorative pattern, has a round top composed of slats, with the central slat being wider than the others. The underside of the top includes two long mounting slats, each forming a chord of a circle, positioned at a 90° angle to the slats constituting the tabletop. Four short mounting slats are positioned parallel to the mounting slats, close to their ends and parallel to them. Attached to the long mounting slats is a foldable frame containing two pivotally attached elements, each made of two spread and bent flat bars, with the ends of the legs terminated in glides. A transverse structural element is mounted between and above each pair of feet, as shown in Figure 1, Figure 2, and Figure 3. The chair features a frame consisting of two pairs of supporting elements made of flat bars and pivotally connected. The first pair of flat bars is significantly longer because its upper section houses the backrest, which consists of five vertically arranged slats mounted to transversely arranged backrest elements. The upper ends of the pair of longer flat bars are connected by a profiled arc located above the ends of the vertical backrest slats. Inside the profiled arc is a strip made of any material, which contains a painted or carved inscription. The lower ends of the longer pair of profiled flat bars are terminated with feet, while slightly higher is a transverse, curved element connecting the profiled flat bars. The longer pair of flat bars has metal supports attached to them with elements constituting armrests, with their frontally profiled ends pivotally connected to the seat frame as shown in Fig. A, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8. The shorter pair of profiled flat bars has feet at the bottom, above which a transverse, bent element connecting the profiled flat bars is attached. The upper ends of the shorter pair of profiled flat bars are connected by a crossbar. This crossbar is slidably positioned in the seat guides. Horizontally positioned slats constituting the seat are attached to the upper elements of the guides, as shown in Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 8.
