Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, powierzchni i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zobrazowano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym przedstawiono zestaw mebli ogrodowych w widoku z boku. Stól posiada wykonany z rur stalowych stelaz oraz wieniec blatu stolu wykonany z katownika, oraz blat wykonany ze szkla hartowanego lub drewna litego. Stelaz posiada cztery nogi zblizone ksztaltem do odwróconej litery „U" polaczone w dolnej czesci ze soba parami przy pomocy zlaczy srubowych i rozdzielone elastycznym elementem. Do katowników wienca blatu stolu, od spodu, polaczone sa nierozlacznie plaskowniki, tworzace z nimi górne gniazda dla usytuowania w nich nóg stolu. Nogi polaczone sa z plaskownikami przy pomocy srub. Blat jest mocowany do katownika przy pomocy przyssawek zamocowanych na tym katowniku.Stelaz krzesla wykonany jest z dwóch, stanowiacych tylne nogi krzesla, stalowych rurek, lagodnie odgietych do tylu, polaczonych w górnej czesci, ze stanowiaca wspornik oparcia i podlokietniki rurka, majaca w plaszczyznie poziomej ksztalt zblizony do litery „U", z odgietymi do dolu ramionami bedacymi przednimi nogami krzesla. Na wysokosci siedziska tak przednie jak i tylne nogi polaczone sa ze soba poprzeczkami, które z kolei polaczone sa ze soba plaskownikami, do któiych mocowane jest siedzisko, wykonane z równoleglych listew rozdzielonych pomiedzy soba waskimi szczelinami. Ponadto do poprzeczki laczacej tylne nogi i rury bedacej wspornikiem oparcia mocowane sa dwie listwy, stanowiace oparcie krzesla, przy czym w polowie ich wysokosci wykonane sa lukowe wybrania. Stelaze stolu i krzesel wykonane sa z rur stalowych o tej samej srednicy i posiadaja ozdobne zaslepki. Wszystkie elementy metalowe stelazy malowane sa farba proszkowa. Oparcia i siedziska krzesel wykonane sa w kolorze naturalnego drewna, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. The industrial design is a set of garden furniture consisting of a table and chairs. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape, surface, and color. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, which shows a side view of the garden furniture set. The table has a frame made of steel tubing, a tabletop crown made of angle iron, and a top made of tempered glass or solid wood. The frame has four legs shaped like an inverted "U," connected in pairs at the bottom with screw joints and separated by a flexible element. Flat bars are inseparably connected to the bottom brackets of the tabletop rim, creating upper sockets for the table legs. The legs are connected to the flat bars with screws. The tabletop is attached to the bracket using suction cups mounted on the bracket. The chair's frame is made of two steel tubes, gently curved backwards, constituting the rear legs of the chair. The tube is connected at the top, forming the backrest and armrests, and is shaped similarly to the letter "U" in the horizontal plane, with downward-curved arms, which constitute the front legs of the chair. At seat height, both the front and rear legs are connected by crossbars, which in turn are connected by flat bars to which the seat, made of parallel slats separated by narrow slots, is attached. Furthermore, two slats, forming the backrest of the chair, are attached to the crossbar connecting the rear legs and the tube supporting the backrest, with arc-shaped recesses cut halfway up. The table and chair frames are made of steel tubes of the same diameter and feature decorative end caps. All metal frame components are powder-coated. The chair backrests and seats are finished in a natural wood color, as shown in the accompanying illustration. The garden furniture set shown in the illustration is characterized by the following: - the table frame consists of legs in the shape of an inverted "U" connected to each other by means of screw joints, - the tubular support of the chair backrest has a shape similar to the letter j in the horizontal plane.
