Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemys lowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione s a na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 3, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie drugiej, na Fig. 3 - widok zegarka w odmianie trzeciej. Wzór charakteryzuje si e indywidualnym kszta ltem zegarka m eskiego, posiadaj acego ciem- noszar a kopert e stalow a okr ag la, mechanizm kwarcowy, tarcz e ciemnoszar a ze wska znikami na wewn etrznym obwodzie w formie cyfr arabskich w miejscach odpowiadaj acych pe lnym godzinom oraz kresek i kwadratów na zewn etrznym obwodzie, na lunecie umieszczono wska zniki w formie cyfr arabskich i kresek od 60 do 300 oraz napis „tachymeter", tarcza posiada trzy mniejsze stalo- we tarcze na godz. 12, 6 i 9 przy czym dwie s a wi eksze i przykrywaj a cz esciowo odpowiadaj ace im cyfry arabskie tj. godzin e 12 i 6, datownik umieszczono na godz. 4 zamiast wska znika, posiada czerwony grot wskazuj acy dat e, wskazówki godzinowa i minutowa stalowe wype lnione mas a fos- foryzuj ac a, sekundowa - czerwona (Fig. 1). Wzór wed lug odmiany 2 charakteryzuje si e postaci a zegarka ze stalow a kopert a (Fig. 2). Wzór wed lug odmiany 3 charakteryzuje si e postaci a zegarka ze stalow a kopert a oraz ma- lymi tarczami w kolorze czarnym (Fig. 3). The industrial design and variations of the design are shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 - 3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 - a view of the second variation of the watch, and Fig. 3 - a view of the third variation of the watch. The design is characterized by the individual shape of a men's watch, having a dark grey round steel case, a quartz movement, a dark grey dial with indicators on the inner circumference in the form of Arabic numerals in the places corresponding to the full hours and lines and squares on the outer circumference, the bezel has indicators in the form of Arabic numerals and lines from 60 to 300 and the inscription "tachymeter". The dial has three smaller steel dials at the o'clock position. 12, 6, and 9, two of which are larger and partially cover the corresponding Arabic numerals, i.e., 12 and 6; the date aperture is located at 4 o'clock instead of a pointer; it has a red tip indicating the date; the hour and minute hands are steel and filled with a phosphorescent material; the seconds hand is red (Fig. 1). The design according to variant 2 is characterized by a watch with a steel case (Fig. 2). The design according to variant 3 is characterized by a watch with a steel case and small black dials (Fig. 3).
