Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemys lowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione s a na za laczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 3, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej, na Fig. 3 - widok zegarka w odmianie drugiej. Wzór charakteryzuje si e indywidualnym kszta ltem zegarka, posiadaj acego kopert e stalow a kwadratow a, szafirowe szk lo, tarcz e - jej fragment wewn etrzny bia ly, zewn etrzny przyciemniony, ze wska znikami w formie cyfr arabskich umieszczonych na zewn etrznej jej cz esci. Zegarek posiada wskazówki w kolorze szarym/stalowym z naniesion a mas a swiec ac a. Na tarczy umieszczono trzy ma le tarcze: na godzinie trzeciej oraz szóstej - prostok atne, na dziewi atej - okr ag la, za s datownik po- mi edzy godzin a czwart a a pi at a. Zegarek posiada pasek skórzany czarny, mechanizm kwarcowy (Fig. 1). Wzór wed lug odmiany 1 (Fig. 2) charakteryzuje si e postaci a zegarka ze wska znikami, wska- zówkami w kolorze z lota, paskiem w kolorze br azowym. Wzór wed lug odmiany 2 (Fig. 3) charakteryzuje si e postaci a zegarka z czarn a tarcz a. Cechy istotne wzoru przemys lowego: kszta lt zegarka, koperta stalowa kwadratowa, tarcza sk la- daj aca si e z dwóch p laszczyzn, ze wska znikami w formie cyfr arabskich umieszczonych na zewn etrz- nej jej cz esci. Zegarek posiada wskazówki z naniesion a mas a swiec ac a. Na tarczy umieszczono trzy ma le tarcze: na godzinie trzeciej oraz szóstej - prostok atne, na dziewiatej - okr ag la, za s datownik po- mi edzy godzin a czwart a a pi at a, pasek skórzany. The industrial design and the design variations are shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 - 3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 - a view of the watch in the first variation, Fig. 3 - a view of the watch in the second variation. The design is characterized by an individual shape of the watch, having a square steel case, sapphire glass, a dial - its inner part white, the outer part darkened, with narrow indicators in the form of Arabic numerals placed on its outer part. The watch has grey/steel hands with a luminous mass applied. There are three small dials on the dial: rectangular at three and six o'clock, round at nine o'clock, and a date display between four and five o'clock. The watch has a black leather strap, quartz movement (Fig. 1). The design according to variation 1 (Fig. 2) is characterized by the form of a watch with narrow indicators, gold-colored hands, and a brown strap. The design according to variation 2 (Fig. 3) is characterized by the form of a watch with a black dial. Essential features of the industrial design: the shape of the watch, square steel case, dial consisting of two planes, with narrow indicators in the form of Arabic numerals placed on its outer part. The watch has hands with applied luminous mass. There are three small dials on the dial: at three and six o'clock - rectangular, at nine o'clock - round, and a date display between four and five o'clock, leather strap.
