Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemys lowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione s a na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej, na Fig. 3 - widok zegarka w odmianie drugiej. Wzór charakteryzuje si e indywidualnym kszta ltem zegarka, posiadaj acego kopert e stalow a kwadratow a, szafirowe szk lo, tarcz e biala ze wska znikami w formie indeksów - mniejszych odpowia- daj acych minutom i wi ekszych odpowiadaj acych godzinom, oraz w formie cyfry arabskiej 12 na odpo- wiadaj acej jej godzinie. Wskazówki w kolorze czarnym, za s sekundowa z czerwonym wyko nczeniem. Na tarczy umieszczono trzy mniejsze okr ag le tarcze ró znej srednicy i o obwódkach ró znej grubo sci w kolorze stalowym, datownik umiejscowiony pomi edzy indeksami na godz. 4 a 5. Zegarek posiada funkcj e chronografu oraz pasek skórzany (Fig. 1). Wzór wed lug odmiany 1 (Fig. 2) charakteryzuje si e postaci a zegarka z czarn a tarcz a, wskazów- kami w kolorze stalowym, za s wskazówk a sekundow a czerwon a. Wzór wed lug odmiany 2 (Fig. 3) charakteryzuje si e postaci a zegarka z kopert a, wska znikami, wskazówkami oraz obwódk a jednej z tarcz w kolorze z lotym, tarcz a w kolorze czarnym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemys lowego: kszta lt zegarka, koperta stalowa kwadratowa, tarcza ze wska znikami w formie indeksów - mniejszych odpowiadaj acych minutom i wi ekszych odpowiadaj acych godzinom oraz w formie cyfry arabskiej 12 na odpowiadaj acej jej godzinie, umieszczone na tarczy trzy mniejsze okr ag le tarcze ró znej srednicy i o obwódkach ró znej grubo sci w kolorze stalowym, funkcja chronografu, datownik umiejscowiony pomi edzy indeksami na godz. 4 a 5 oraz pasek skórzany. The industrial design and design variations are shown in the attached illustrations Figs. 1-3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 - a view of the first version of the watch, and Fig. 3 - a view of the second version of the watch. The design is characterized by a unique watch shape, having a square steel case, sapphire glass, a white dial with indexes - smaller ones corresponding to minutes and larger ones corresponding to hours, and an Arabic numeral 12 at the corresponding hour. The hands are black, and the seconds hand is trimmed in red. The dial features three smaller, round dials of varying diameters and with steel-colored rims of varying thicknesses, and a date display located between the indices at 4 and 5 o'clock. The watch has a chronograph function and a leather strap (Fig. 1). Design 1 (Fig. 2) features a watch with a black dial, steel-colored hands, and a red seconds hand. Design 2 (Fig. 3) features a watch with a gold-colored case, indices, hands, and rim of one of the dials, and a black dial. Essential features of the industrial design: watch shape, square steel case, dial with indexes - smaller ones for minutes and larger ones for hours, and an Arabic numeral 12 at the corresponding hour, three smaller round dials of different diameters and with steel-colored rims of different thicknesses placed on the dial, chronograph function, date display located between the indexes at 4 and 5 o'clock, and a leather strap.
