Wzór przemys lowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione s a na za laczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 3, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej, na Fig. 3 - widok zegarka w odmianie drugiej. Wzór charakteryzuje si e indywidualnym kszta ltem zegarka, posiadaj acego kopert e stalow a kwadratow a, szafirowe szk lo, tarcz e bia lo-per low a cz esciowo wzorzyst a, ze wska znikami koloru sta- lowego w formie indeksów - krótszych kresek odpowiadaj acych minutom umieszczonych na we- wn etrznym pier scieniu, oraz d lu zszych kresek ró znej d lugo sci z kropk a w miejscu odpowiadaj acym godzinom - przy czym kropka umieszczona jest na wewn etrznym pier scieniu a d luzsza kreska od ze- wn etrznej strony tarczy. Na godzinie 12 umieszczono podwójny indeks. Zegarek posiada wskazówki w kolorze stalowym z naniesion a mas a swiec ac a. Na tarczy umieszczono datownik z czarnym obra- mowaniem i czarnymi datami trzech kolejnych dni oraz wskazówk e w kolorze czerwonym wskazuj ac a dat e srodkow a, pasek skórzany czarny, mechanizm kwarcowy (Fig. 1). Wzór wed lug odmiany 1 (Fig. 2) charakteryzuje si e postaci a zegarka z kopert a, tarcz a, paskiem skórzanym w kolorze br azowym, oraz obramowaniem datownika w kolorze stalowym. Wzór wed lug odmiany 2 (Fig. 3) charakteryzuje si e postaci a zegarka z kopert a, wska znikami - indeksami w formie kresek oraz wskazówkami w kolorze z lotym, paskiem skórzanym w kolorze br a- zowym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemys lowego: kszta lt zegarka, koperta stalowa kwadratowa, tarcza cz e- sciowo wzorzyst a, ze wska znikami w formie indeksów - krótszych kresek odpowiadaj acych minutom umieszczonych na wewn etrznym pier scieniu, oraz d lu zszych kresek ró znej d lugo sci z kropk a w miej- scu odpowiadaj acym godzinom - przy czym kropka umieszczona jest na wewn etrznym pier scieniu a d lu zsza kreska od zewn etrznej strony tarczy. Na godzinie 12 umieszczono podwójny indeks. Zega- rek posiada wskazówki z naniesion a mas a swiec ac a. The industrial design and its variants are shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 - a view of the first variant of the watch, and Fig. 3 - a view of the second variant of the watch. The design is characterized by a unique watch shape, featuring a square steel case, sapphire crystal, a partially patterned white pearl dial, and steel-colored indexes—shorter lines corresponding to minutes placed on the inner ring, and longer lines of varying lengths with a dot at the hour markers—with the dot on the inner ring and the longer line on the outer side of the dial. A double index is placed at 12 o'clock. The watch has steel-colored hands with luminous substance. The dial features a date window with a black border and black dates for the three following days, as well as a red hand indicating the center date. The black leather strap and quartz movement (Fig. 1). Design according to variation 1 (Fig. 2) is characterized by the form of a watch with a case, dial, brown leather strap, and a steel-colored date frame. Design according to variation 2 (Fig. 3) is characterized by the form of a watch with a case, line-shaped indices, and gold-colored hands, and a brown leather strap.
