Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemys lowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione s a na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 2, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej. Wzór charakteryzuje si e indywidualnym kszta ltem zegarka, posiadaj acego kopert e stalow a kwadratow a, szafirowe szk lo, tarcz e - jej fragment wewn etrzny bia ly, zewn etrzny przyciemniony, z szaro-stalowymi wska znikami w formie indeksów - pojedynczych kresek umieszczonych na ze- wn etrznej jej cz esci, przy czym na godzinie 12 podwójnych. Zegarek posiada wskazówki w kolorze szaro-stalowym z naniesion a mas a swiec ac a. Na tarczy umieszczono trzy ma le tarcze: na godzinie trzeciej oraz dziewi atej - prostok atne, na szóstej - okr ag la, za s datownik - pomi edzy godzin a czwart a a pi at a. Zegarek posiada jasny skórzany pasek, mechanizm kwarcowy (Fig. 1). Wzór wed lug odmiany 1 (Fig. 2) charakteryzuje si e postaci a zegarka z kopert a, tarcz a, skórza- nym paskiem w kolorze br azowym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemys lowego: kszta lt zegarka, koperta stalowa kwadratowa, szafirowe szk lo, tarcza sk ladaj aca si e z dwóch p laszczyzn, ze wska znikami w formie indeksów - pojedynczych kresek umieszczonych na zewn etrznej jej cz esci, przy czym na godzinie 12 podwójnych. Zegarek posiada wskazówki z naniesion a mas a swiec ac a. Na tarczy umieszczono trzy ma le tarcze: na godzi- nie trzeciej oraz dziewi atej - prostok atne, na szóstej - okr ag la, za s datownik - pomi edzy godzin a czwart a a pi at a, skórzany pasek. The industrial design and the design variations are shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-2, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 - a view of the watch in the first variation. The design is characterized by an individual shape of the watch, having a square steel case, sapphire glass, a dial - its inner part white, the outer part darkened, with steel-grey indicators in the form of indexes - single lines placed on its outer part, with double lines at 12 o'clock. The watch has grey-steel hands with a luminous mass applied to them. There are three small dials on the dial: rectangular at three and nine o'clock, round at six o'clock, and a date display between four and five o'clock. The watch has a light leather strap, quartz movement (Fig. 1). The design according to variation 1 (Fig. 2) is characterized by the form of a watch with a case, dial, and a brown leather strap. Essential features of the industrial design: shape of the watch, square steel case, sapphire glass, dial consisting of two planes, with indicators in the form of indexes - single lines placed on its outer part, with double lines at 12 o'clock. The watch has hands with a luminous mass applied to them. There are three small dials on the dial: at three and nine o'clock - rectangular, at six - round, and a date display - between four and five o'clock, leather strap.
