Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemys lowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione s a na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 3, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej, za s na Fig. 3 - widok w odmianie drugiej. Wzór charakteryzuje si e indywidualnym kszta ltem zegarka damskiego, posiadaj acego kopert e stalow a okr ag la, lunet e wysadzan a cyrkoniami, mechanizm kwarcowy, tarcz e stalow a stylizowan a ze wska znikami w formie punktów wysadzanych cyrkoniami, przy czym wska znik na godzinie 12 jest wi ekszy, tarcza posiada datownik w formie ma lej stalowej okr ag lej tarczki w srodku z czarn a dat a na bia lym tle w formie cyfr arabskich, od niej rozchodz a si e niejako promienie ku zewn etrznej kraw edzi tarczy. Zegarek posiada czarny pasek satynowy (Fig. 1). Wzór wed lug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje si e postaci a zegarka o czarnej tarczy oraz datownikiem w formie ma lej czarnej okr ag lej tarczki (Fig. 2). Wzór wed lug odmiany 2 charakteryzuje si e postaci a zegarka w z lotej kolorystyce, bia lej tarczy oraz datownikiem w formie ma lej bia lej okr ag lej tarczki (Fig. 3). Cechy istotne wzoru przemys lowego: charakterystyczna koperta stalowa okr ag la, luneta wysa- dzana cyrkoniami, mechanizm kwarcowy, tarcza stylizowana ze wska znikami w formie punktów wysa- dzanych cyrkoniami, przy czym wska znik na godzinie 12 jest wi ekszy, tarcza posiada datownik w for- mie ma lej okr ag lej tarczki w srodku z czarn a dat a na bia lym tle w formie cyfr arabskich, od niej roz- chodz a si e niejako promienie ku zewn etrznej kraw edzi tarczy. Zegarek posiada pasek satynowy. The industrial design and its variants are shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 - a view of the first variant of the watch, and Fig. 3 - a view of the second variant. This design features a unique women's watch shape, featuring a round steel case, a cubic zirconia-set bezel, a quartz movement, a stylized steel dial with narrow, cubic zirconia-set pointers, with the 12 o'clock indicator being larger. The dial features a date display in the form of a small, circular steel subdial in the center, with a black date on a white background in the form of Arabic numerals, radiating from the subdial to the outer edge of the dial. The watch has a black satin strap (Fig. 1). Design variation 1 features a black dial and a date display in the form of a small, circular, black subdial (Fig. 2). The design of variant 2 is characterized by a watch in gold color, a white dial, and a date display in the form of a small, white, circular subdial (Fig. 3). Essential features of the industrial design include a distinctive, round steel case, a bezel set with cubic zirconia, a quartz movement, a stylized dial with indicators in the form of dots set with cubic zirconia, with the indicator at 12 o'clock being larger, and a date display in the form of a small, circular subdial in the center with a black date on a white background in the form of Arabic numerals, with rays radiating from it toward the outer edge of the dial.
