(USA ) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik przeznaczony do przechowywania kompozycji kosmetyków. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Po czym, zweza sie ku pokrywie przechodzac w czesc cylindryczna z gwintem usytuowanym na zewnetrznej powierzchni, na której umieszczana jest pokrywa pojemnika. W widoku z boku pojemnik ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu. Ponadto, wysokosc cylindrycznej pokrywy odpowiada 2/5 wysokosci pojemnika bez górnej cylindrycznej czesci z gwintem.
