The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a sofa bed in a folded state intended for sitting in a perspective view from above and from the side, Figs. 2 and 3 - the same sofa during its unfolding in perspective views, Fig. 4 - the same sofa in an unfolded state intended for lying down in a perspective view from above and from the side, Fig. 5 - the same sofa in a folded state in a perspective view from the side, fig. 6 - the same sofa in the folded state in the rear view, fig. 7 - the same sofa in the unfolded state in the front view, and fig. 8 - the same sofa in the unfolded state in the side view. The unfolding sofa consists of three perpendicular wall elements connected to each other in an articulated manner so that the longer rear side of the front element is connected to the front longer side of the middle element, and its longer rear side is connected to the front longer side of the third end element constituting the backrest in the folded state of this sofa. All three box structures of the sofa elements are covered with a common upholstery material, whereby in the folded state the outer upper surface of the front element abuts the outer upper surface of the central element so that together they form a rounded front side of the sofa, and the rear side of the front element abuts the front surface of the rear element resting on the end of the central element and positioned at a slight obtuse angle to it, providing support for the user of the sofa when sitting on the lower outer surface of the front element resting on the central element. The upholstery material constituting the cover of all three elements of the sofa between the joints and its sides is slightly elongated, which facilitates their folding and unfolding, so that when the sofa is folded, the side walls have visible undulations at these joints. The ends of cylindrical cable elements are attached to both side walls of the front element, so that when the sofa is folded, they adhere to these surfaces with their side arms, and their upper cable parts, provided with sleeve elements made of the same upholstery material fulfilling the function of armrests, protrude beyond the upper outer surface of the sofa intended for seating. In addition, two cylindrical legs are attached to the lower surface of the central element near the front and both side walls thereof, and two horizontal rectangular slats are loosely attached near the rear and both side walls thereof, provided at their ends with analogous cylindrical legs situated perpendicularly thereto, wherein these slats also constitute a support for the rear wall of the rear backrest element when the sofa is in the unfolded state. Essential features of the industrial design A sofa bed consisting of three perpendicular wall elements resting on four legs, one of which is provided with two armrests, shown in the attached illustrative material fig. 1-8 is characterized in that: - it consists of three perpendicular wall elements connected to each other in an articulated manner so that the longer rear side of the front element is connected to the front longer side of the middle element, and its longer rear side is connected to the front longer side of the third end element constituting the backrest in the folded state of the sofa; - all three box structures of the sofa elements are covered with a common upholstery material, whereby in the folded state the outer upper surface of the front element abuts the outer upper surface of the central element so that together they form a rounded front side of the sofa, and the rear side of the front element abuts the front surface of the rear element resting on the end of the central element and positioned in relation to it at a slight obtuse angle, providing support for the sofa user when sitting on the lower outer surface of the front element resting on the central element; - the upholstery material constituting the coating of all three elements of the sofa between the ones joined together and its sides is slightly elongated, which facilitates their folding and unfolding, so that when the sofa is folded, the side walls have visible undulations at these joints; PL 17481 3 - the ends of cylindrical cable elements are attached to both side walls of the front element so that when the sofa is folded, they adhere to these surfaces with their side arms, and their upper cable parts, provided with sleeve elements made of the same upholstery material and fulfilling the function of armrests, protrude beyond the upper outer surface of the sofa intended for seating; - two cylindrical legs are attached to the lower surface of the central element near the front and both side walls, and two horizontal rectangular slats are loosely attached near the rear and both side walls, provided at their ends with cylindrical legs positioned perpendicularly to them, these slats also constituting a support for the rear wall of the rear backrest element when the sofa is unfolded.
